Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had the room at the rear of the property, the window of which was above the smoking shelter for the bar downstairs. Being a Friday night, the bar was busy and there was a fair amount of noise outside the window, which made it difficult to get to sleep. It stopped when the bar closed, but that was getting on for 1 am...

United KingdomProbably not the best location for drivers due to on street parking on a narrow road but not much the proprietor can do about that. However we did get lucky when a car moved away and a space became available. I did request a vegan breakfast and was told by booking.com that this was ok. However this was not communicated to the breakfast man and there was no plant based milk. He did apologise and make me good beans, tomato and toast though!
Rooms clean and cosy and great shower. The breakfast man was so friendly and helpful and we ate well. Reasonable selection of eating places a short walk away in Anstruther harbour which suited us fine.

United KingdomParking is tight (on the street), but it's a quiet enough area,
Duncan is a great host , but only does B&B now, but I have no complaints about the B; and the B was the best I had in my 4-day motorcycle tour of Scotland. Harbour is a real working harbour and plenty of food opportunities around it.

It was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The towels were big and soft and they provided shampoo and conditioner.

Each morning the dining area was well laid out with coffee, tea, juices and cereals. Then served with a full Scottish breakfast.👍
