Absolutely lovely and would happily come back again for a third time. The breakfasts are cooked to order and really nice. The rooms are nicely decorated, welcoming and comfy - we both slept really well. It's located right by the beach and you can buy parking permits cheaply from the guesthouse. It was easy to find and within walking distance of everything in the area - the town, beach, sea life centre, restaurants, etc. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

we booked a deluxe room, if this was a deluxe I hate to think what the other rooms were like, the electric’s in the room were down right dangerous cables along the floor, the bath was supposed to be a hot tub it was an ordinary bath, not impressed.

the only good thing about our stay were the staff.

The shower room and toliet was so tiny. No breakfast available as they hadn't done the shopping for it. And the noise was unbelievable in the guest house we hardly slept.

There was not free parking (as advertised), there was no sea view (as advertised), the bathroom and toilet was very, very, very small and the shower did not drain quickly so I had to keep stopping the shower every 2 minutes to let the water drain. There was black mould on the ceiling of the shower, rust on the bin and bed side tables were not clean/ wiped over before we entered the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I did not have a very nice sleep at all. The bathroom sink was also next to the bed and hand wash/ lotion was not topped up. Not what you expect for a deluxe room at £110 a night.

Bathroom was tiny and loads of dust and 3 dead flys when i went to open top window..should not be advertised as superior suite..it was a basic double room..was advertised as sea view and could hardly see the sea

The hotel smells of dampness. We left on our 1st night stay due to heavy dampness smell I explained to the hotel staff they couldn't let room out till damp was located and erradicated also promised full refund, currently still waiting. Hotel staff are very Friendly and took on board advice on how to get dampness out of walls professionally.

The breakfast is overpriced - you have to pay 7 pounds per person on top of the cost of the room itself. There were no options for eating - everyone was given the same standard english breakfast and no-one asked for their choices! The food was ok but was a bit cold. 9am start for breakfast is a bit too late. The location is great but I think the cost of the room is a bit high given the quality which is only average. There were some problems in the room - some TV channels don't work and the shower was scalding hot - impossible to make it cooler.

Location was very good - a few yards from beach and pier. The staff are nice and very responsive. The room was clean and tea and coffee, kettle and fridge are provided.

Basement room that was damp,dirty with no window, 2 double beds classed as a family room, damp carpet, old filthy mopp in the bathroom, lots of bodging up with tape, Would never stay again. Parking was also a nightmare, zone parking you pay for but very difficult to get a space.

They Only could speak little English. Towels and bins " wasn't" changed or emptyed on a daily business And Tea and coffee wasn't topped up plus no storage to put your clothes and a rack on the wall all and the tiny little chest drawers if you was going as a family you would struggle

The only thing we found wrong was we could not get picture on tv due to not being tuned in correctly or signal.
