Will stay again... even if Sound proofing not too great (could hear other guests and heavy fire doors in the rest of property could be heard opening and banging closed) but despite this still had great sleep. Nice and comfy

There is a fan, but no airconditioning. I was there during a couple of 20+ °C days, and the room got very hot. At night/ in the morning, the central heating turned on automatically getting the room to 25°C with no way of cooling back down due to the lack of Aircon. Good bed but pillows (too) soft too my liking.

Room and shared kitchen were clean. There is a garden to the house. Easy access + check in/ out. Quiet location with easy access to public transport.

Just a gentle reminder to ensure the bath gel is refilled. I had my own shower gel so it did not matter. Its just a v small issue that I was affected by as all the various positives outweighed this v small issue

The check in and check out instructions and process was so easy. I really appreciated this.The location was quiet, which I greatly appreciated. The place was v clean, well maintained , warm and had all I required. The bed was very comfortable spacious. it had a kitchen that had all one would need to cook a meal if you wanted to. It was a great excellent place to stay at. I am very grateful.

The stairs were pretty steep for me, but that's about all and I dealt with it.

The room was lovely. Super clean. Comfy bed. Fridge. Communal kitchen - nice for a chat! Lots of space - although I'm 5'7 and I would imagine that if you are much taller the upstairs room may not be ideal (sloping ceiling, see photos)

We were in the first room and there were some other people coming in and out slamming the door in the middle of the night. Not a lot can be done about that but a lovely stay all in all

Stayed here a few times and find the heating very hard to control. Have been very hot and sometimes very cold.Also the TV controls are really difficult, this time I never got it working at all even when the controller was changed . I find the small things at the Coppice , which should be checked regularly, tend to be random as to if they work or not.

No coffee mug - i found one in the washing up tray in the kitchen! I had room 2 which is next to the front door and was woken up at 6.15am and stayed awake because of at least 2 other people slamming the front door. Not good considering i had set my alarm for 8am!!

Quiet location with a short walk to Watford centre and Vicarage Road. Very clean good sized room with access to the kitchen, loved the shower. Code access to room was great and parking an added bonus. Highly Recommend and would stay here again when in the area.

Lovely place, big room, clean bathroom, big shower. Massive bed; very comfy. A shared kitchen which is lovely and fully equipped. Parking on the drive no problem
