Although the location is great for accessing tubes etc, the area itself wasn't the best!

The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff were super helpful and check-in was so easy!

Ok for a few night exploring London.
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Executive Double Room
    • Stayed 3 nights

The room was already a bit used, generally not the cleanest (bath especially). The "pod"-Bathroom-Concept (so no solid, separate room but a box in the room) was not in our favor, especially as you cannot close the sliding door completely and there is a huge gap to look (and hear) trough. Also the Window in this Bathroom-Pod is very annoying when to go to the bathroom at night you brighten up the whole room. Highlight is the toilet-flush literally next to the top of the bed to wake up everyone who is not already awake due to the light

The Location is ok, underground station within 5 min. walkway, several bus stations, quickly at Liverpool Station for STN-Express, plenty of Restaurants nearby. Price for the room was ok for what you get. Bed was big, the interior decent, the size of the room was very good. We didn't consume anything at the hotel, so no comment to this.

Check in process was a little odd. There wasn't a "real" check in desk, but rather an open area of the restaurant. We arrived early and were able to get some food while waiting for our room to be ready.

Eclectic vibes and cool room decor! We loved the layout and look of the room, and the bed was super comfortable. I love that this hotel is practicing sustainability!

Basic facility. Check in process did not work. Showering does make entire bathroom wet.

Good location, Close to metro station and brick lane/Spitalfields in walking distance. Close to busy road with restaurants and Tesco. Very large and comfy bed

The door to the bathroom didn't quite close nicely, because one of the hinges were loose. Also the drainage of the shower cabin did not drain fast enough, making a water bath in the process.

The staff was great, and the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. All the essentials needed for a comfortable sleep were there.

The room has a bit less storage space, as they are more likely to focus on design than functionality. The rooms were a bit dusty. A little more attention could be paid to this.

It is a classic city hotel. Means the rooms are a bit smaller. When booking, you should make sure that there are rooms without windows. We didn't think that was bad, because you're only there to sleep anyway. In the hallway there is coffee and tea for free. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was also very good.

Same as above. Power outage and air conditioner didn’t come back on for a while.

All was good except there was a power outage and air didn’t turn back on. So it was warm in room overnight.

In our room bathroom slide doors did not work properly and we could not close it. The stuff offerd us smaller rooms which were too small for three people. We refused, they gave us free drinks and that is it. The girl said something obout refound but later no one said anything about it and the doors in general.

It was really clean and tidy, everything from sheets to bathroom. There is a coffie machine on the floor that can be used anytime. I liked the ambinet. Stuff of the hotel was really nice.

Breakfast was great, family friendly (we have an 18 month old son who enjoyed it, lots of happy staff to babble to!), travel cot provided, all the staff were lovely, close to travel networks and East London/central site-seeing locations, only an overnight stay but we'd stay again.

Had to request a heater. Room was chilly. Only 2 sockets in the room. An odd light/lighted wire stayed on near the ceiling until staff reset the lights to fix frozen television.

Friendly, polite, accommodating staff. Provided heater and extra towels as soon as we requested. Comfortable bed. Very clean rooms. Restaurant and bar open late. Secure access to rooms, as well as hotel after hours. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars/pubs, markets, convenience stores, and the underground (5 minutes). Only a 20 minute walk to the Tower of London. For chocolate lovers, Dark Sugars is just a 15 minute walk down Brick Lane. Yum!

Bedroom pods were not great quality and there was a lot of noise transfer between rooms and from the bathroom pod. Some staff were not particularly helpful when we arrived. Interior styling in the bedroom was a bit odd.

Styling of hotel lobby and good breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Space in room not utilized to full potential. Some hairs in the bed at check-in. Breakfast is low effort: cafeteria style pre-staged dry, over oily eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. Park located across the road populated with single adult men at all hours, not the hotels fault but it is part of location and worth mentioning to those who intend to be out late as we were.

For London, in this price range, it’s a decent hotel for a 1-2 night stay. A short ride to most sites of interest. Room was quiet. Staff were nice.

Could have done with better lighting and more sockets in the room. Hearing was by a/c only but warm once worked out how to use it. Could have done with some instructions

We wanted to be the tower bridge side of London so for us location was idea. But if you want shopping on Oxford street then this is not the place. The room was quirky but due to the nature of the pod design for the bed and bathroom and all the electrics being attached to that not enough sockets in the room or near the mirrors. But we loved the quirky bits of the room and the breakfast was amazing

The sliding door of the bathroom was pretty heavy, but this was only the case in our room. The other two rooms that we rented as a family did not have this small 'issue'.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly staff. Good location close to subway station. We really liked the beds as they were very friendly for our backs. Modern room.
