Very little to fault the hotel, though I did feel the bedroom was a little smaller than I had anticipated from the description. Hotel had a busy but fun atmosphere. On street, free Parking was not an issue

Very welcoming, very clean and modern decor. Nicely presented bathroom with Fabulous shower. Very nice diner menu, good food and superb breakfast. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t fault the hotel’s location but the street noise was a little rowdy at 4am.

Nice place but not suitable if you have mobility issues.

I didn't like the bed. The wooden base digs in your legs when you sit on it as the mattress sits inside it. I struggle with my mobility and the lack of hand rails on the stairs was an issue for me. Parking is a pain as it operates on a disc scheme and trying to make sure you're not rushing breakfast, means having to go out to change the disc. Too many steps/levels inside.

Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect for town The room was lovely, very spacious. Drinks prices were good. Staff were friendly.

No on site parking, but in fairness, free parking available close by within easy walking distance.

Good central location to explore the town. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room (family room 1 double, 1 single bed) comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean. We had a great evening meal in the restaurant - good range of choice on the menu and reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast - cooked to order.

Parking for a vehicle at the venue is a problem at the moment as the town centre roads are being re laid but this should be fixed when the roadworks are completed.

A warm welcome from the staff and got settled in quickly. There is a private lounge for guests which is good. Both the dinner and the breakfast were great and the service was good. The room and ensuite were clean tidy and had plenty of room.

nothing really. I initially thought it was a bit too ‘central’ but in reality felt quiet, very nice. parking is a bit complicated but the host was brilliant at explaining everything

all staff were great, very welcoming, nice atmosphere, great to have the pub downstairs with food and drinks choices, proximity to various historical locations, room was very large and comfy

Hexham High Street was being dug up, but we understand the works are near to completion.

We were in room 7 which was a good size with double and single bed but sadly it wasn't a full size single so feet were hanging over the end . We didn't realise we were above the kitchen until the fan started which was quite noisy but it went off a 9pm but started at 7-730 am so it didn't disturb our sleep too much.

The Hotel is in an excellent location and the free 24 hour parking is only a five minute walk away. The welcome from one of the managers was very friendly and he took our bags to our room. The staff and the dining area and bars were first rate. We decided on our first night to eat in the hotel and we weren't disappointed. The food was top class as was the breakfast the following morning. We decided to eat at the hotel the following night and again the food was delicious.!!

Not the fault of the hotel but there is a lot of roadworks in the town centre at the moment.

The staff were all very helpful and the food was good. I particularly liked the breakfast. They are very dog friendly and we found a cover for the bed so the dogs could go on with a towel provided for the dogs and a bag of dog treats. At breakfast the dogs are treated like guests and they were provided with a breakfast of sausage and scrambled eggs. The hotel provided a long stay parking disc which is valid in the town car park which is about a 3 or 4 minute walk from the hotel
