The room was quite noisy we were on the ground floor near reception. If we stayed again we would ask for a quiet room as we didn’t get much sleep. Ok for one night but if we stayed longer it would of been a problem

The lady who was on the bar was very helpful , she went out of her way to get us food and look after us. The young girl in the restaurant was very good too. The man on the reception struggled to understand us when we asked was food available Breakfast was great and plentiful. The bar and lounge have great sea views and are very clean and welcoming

All staff pleasant, courteous and helpful. Tasty well presented full breakfast in sea view restaurant. Room and ensuite very clean. Very short walk from Venue Cymru which was the reason for our overnight stay.

Hotel is a little dated, shower could do with upgrade. No air conditioning, bed not comfy, door handle broken, carpet stained, toilet next to hot radiator (not ideal)

There was no toilet roll provided when we arrived. Property is a bit tired. Staff are really nice but we came back late one night and no one was at the desk. We had to wait 5/7 minutes outside after pressing the night bell and calling the hotel up. Staff did open up and explain they were cleaning which is absolutely fine but this could have improved our experience.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great. Great value for money - one of the best prices we found in the area. Staff was lovely. No hassle checking in.

I got room 117A and by mistake I unlocked room 117 , so didn't like the fact that the same key opened to 2 different rooms.

The bed and pillows was very comfy. Staff friendly.

Outside looked a little dated

Large Comfy clean room with tv and tea/ coffee making facilities. We were in room 123 just above dining room so was really quiet. Staff were all friendly. Hotel situated on promendade across from beach. It was about a 15/20 min walk to town/pier. Theres a car park at rear for 6 pounds per day but didnt need this as always found parking on rd outside front of hotel which was free. We had breakfast which was a choice of cereals/ croissants/ toast and preserves and you could also order a full English breakfast/ poached eggs or avocodo on toast. They catered for vegetarians/ other dietry needs. All in all paid 35 pounds per night and it definitely outlived any expectations i had.

a bin was absent but a tiny one in the bathroom made do,few pet hairs on the carpet but no big deal.

Very creaky floorboards, everywhere! Dog friendly hotel so was woken a few times by barking. Also the mugs and spoons in our room weren’t very clean

It wasn't the room I picked on the booking which I was really looking forward too. I picked the bay window and the white fire place superior twin room The room we had, had an adjacent room which was locked obvously for a family room but you could hear the people next door i did not like that. The balcony had not been cleaned outside for a very long time spoilt that.

Location was spot friendly staff need to sort signal for tv to many joints meal where good but not enough vegetables only had scrambled eggs for breakfast but if wanted fried egg needed to ask but nothing to advise to ask for fried egg

Cleanliness wasn't 100%. The shower/bath tiles were covered in limescale, only takes a quick spray and scrub. Floors were really creaky, but that couldn't be helped.

Staff couldn't be more helpful or polite. One lady on the front desk went the extra mile. Thanks so much.
