Room was not the perfect size for 1 adult plus 2 theenagers.

The location is just perfect, 1 min to tube station, staff helpful and friendly, Earls Courlt area is a great place to start exploring London + Piccadilly line to Heathrow Airport blows the system away.

- really bad smell in room, no idea where from or what - no lift (staff do offer to carry your bags upstairs though!)

Stairs to Reception were quite steep but I could manage. The price was quite high, but London is expensive. I probably should have looked for somewhere that offers breakfast.

Room was excellent, bathroom really beautiful. Staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful 24 /7. Cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Earls Court tube station.

Nothing, everything is great for us.

The hotel is one minute from the subway that connects to the main lines, very comfortable, very friendly reception, very quiet, with places to eat nearby and supermarkets.

The room was very small (but it is London). Extractor fan in the bathroom was not working, so took a long time for the mirrors to clear after a shower. Also, the lights were above your head as you looked in the mirror, which isn't very useful for doing makeup (and I assume shaving), as you get a lot of shadows on your face... it's a small thing in the scheme of things, but it makes a difference!

Location was good, and it was clean. Staff were lovely.

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. Small rooms.

Great location, super close to a great tube station with two lines. Nearby grocery store. Lots of quick lunch and dinner options, great to start the day or after a long day. Lots of shopping neraby as well. Quiet rooms. Wireless charger and usb ports available, loved it as I forgot an adapter for the trip. Overall I would stay here again

This was not a problem for us but the blind over the window did let some light in. Difficult to alter as there was not room for curtains. But if you need complete darkness to sleep this rooms not for you

There was no lift. The TV was faulty.

Very close to Earls Court Tube. Overall feel of the hotel was modern, and relatively newly fitted out. Proper cups for the tea and coffee! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value for money.

Amenities: Tiny place with no lifts or escalators and dragging your luggage through the extremely narrow stairs of the hotel up and down was not fun. Even the reception is upstairs so you would always have to perform that unenviable task The hotel and particularly the room was tiny as well as the bed. No space to put in your luggage once you are in the room.

Location: Good location, just a two minutes walk from the nearest London underground station. Cleanliness: Tidy if not spectacular

- The safe in the room was tiny and could not fit even a small laptop. - The room was very clean, but there is still a little bit of room for improvement. The space under the bed wasn't vacuumed even though it was easily reachable. Some harder to reach places like the top of the wardrobe could also use occasional cleaning.

- The single person room was very efficiently organised with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. - Great location very near a tube station and a short tube ride away from central London

No lift. Quite a lot of stairs to climb to reach reception and rooms. But hotel staff did very kindly help to carry suitcase up to the third floor.

Room was very very small. When I opened my suitcase on the floor there was no space for me in the room ... Also very hard to get luggage to the third floor without elevator.

Location is quite good as it is nearby the underground. ZIZI restaurant below the hotel is good and there is a bakery across the street. The place was clean, modern architecture.

I got a bit unlucky with technical difficulties: on my first day the hot water broke, and it only got fixed by the end of the day. On my day of checking out, my key card stopped working early, which was annoying since I had to leave the room to get to the bathroom. Staff handled it friendly and apologetic, so the bad impression didn't last long.

Really enjoyed my "single room with shared bath". The room was comfy. Small but not too crammed, exactly what I needed. The shared bathroom was very close and I never encountered anyone else there or had to wait. Location is great and staff was friendly.

Perfect location. Just 2 minutes to metro from room, fee good food options around and a couple of nice pubs. Also some relevant attractions within 25 minutes walk so a good alternative to city center.
