We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSteep stairs, we were in room 5, which was a very pleasant room. Narrow corridor to the room, window overlooking the Retreat bar, so be prepared for noise. Take some earplugs, if you want to go to sleep earlier than 11.30. Also no internet access in our room.
It is in the centre of Bewdley. Very close to the shops and bars. You can have your breakfast outside sitting by the river, weather permitting.

United KingdomRubbish-strewn (inaccessible) balcony. Not bothered about using it but at the very least it should be tidied and cleaned up. As it was summer (just), it didn't bother me but I can imagine the room would be quite draughty in winter as you could see daylight between double doors of balcony.
Location excellent. Staff approachable and helpful. Separate entrance to accommodation, so freedom to come and go at any time.

Outside of the Courtyard's control but just to be aware. Also be aware there are steep stairs to the rooms
Ideal location central Bewdley overlooking the river. Bed very comfortable, good hot shower, plenty of tea/coffee. Good venue for eating, close to the car park. Private entrance to the rooms to come and go as you pleased. Room was ready early for us which was a bonus.

United KingdomThe curtains were very thin and we were woken by the dawn light. The location on the river front meant a lot of noise from late Saturday night revellers. The street was still noisy with chatter at 1am. Struggling to get to sleep until after 1am, and then woken by the sun through the thin curtains, meant a short night's sleep. The windows would benefit from extra sound proofing (which may not be possible due to it's prime sighting on the river front?) but thicker blackout curtains could surely solve the sunlight problem.
The bay window in the room overlooking the river and bridge was amazing.
