Nothing really! But maybe some coat hooks in the lounge area behind the door, rather than having to hang in the bedroom and maybe the option of a tea and coffee tray for the morning, however the farm shop on site is very well stocked.

Such a unique property and location but perfect for a little family get a away. We were visiting family locally and rather than all being stuck in one hotel room with no facilities we found this and it was Perfect! The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything you could need! Which with a baby was such a relief! Little touches like washing up liquid and sponges and liquid hand soap just added that extra ease on not having to pack that as well as everything else needed for a baby when travelling. it was immaculate condition both the decor and general cleanliness. Honestly couldn’t rate this enough and definitely coming back with the family in the summer months :)

Security lights shine straight into the bedrooms of the property (all night). TV kept switching on at odd times (even in the middle of the night) and channels switched over or sound went up loud (we could see this happening on the screen as it happened). We had to turn the tv off at the switch when not in use to prevent it switching on. A shame that the Barn only does meals during the day. We would have liked to be able to have a meal that didn't require driving to a venue. Smoke alarm was very sensitive so cooking options were limited even though the kitchen was well equipped.

Ideal location-quiet and very little disturbance from other guests. Accommodation comfortable and clean. Food available from the Barn which was convenient. Good self-catering equipment.

This property is stunning. We loved our time here, the farm shop and facilities are outstanding. We travelled as a 4- two couples, and one couple decided to stay for another night it was so good.

It was raining most of the time could not maximise utilising the outside space. Maybe board games would be handy on days like this.

Too many deliciously tempting calorie stuffed cakes in the farm shop!

Fantastic, friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Accommodation was very nice. Had a lovely lunch in the farm shop cafe. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in/around that area.

A shelf in the bathroom would be great for toiletries. Gradient in the wet room should include the whole bathroom as drainage was not good. A few more kitchen towels and oven gloves would be handy in the kitchen Smoke alarms are positioned too close to the stove. Steam from the oven triggered them off constantly even though the doors and windows were open.

Lovely clean, modern open plan accommodation. Quiet surroundings Within minutes drive to a number of beaches. Friendly , helpful staff. Lovely well stocked farm shop. Delicious authentic pizza made to order and restaurant on site for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future

We had a slight problem with the water pressure and time it took for the shower to heat up. It would have been useful to have a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on.

The location was excellent, and the on site facilities especially the Farm Shop exceeded my expectations, the variety and value of products, very satisfactory. The on site secret garden was also very interesting, and good value and choice.

we liked evrything

we took our own food so we used the kitchen appliances cooker fridge dish washer shower etc just like at home so it was actually like home from home in a brilliant setting quite upmarket feel about the place.

We thought the food was excellent, we had a meal on the Saturday afternoon which was very nice, and the breakfast Sunday morning was excellent.

The beds were far too soft for our liking that could never get comfortable. The power in the shower was poor. The floors wasn't properly cleaned when we got there.

The location was very nice and very convenient for the Quex Barn restaurant and shop (where they had an excellent range of Kentish cheeses). There was a problem with the hot water on the first morning, but it was fixed very promptly, and the owner Ian gave us each a complimentary breakfast to compensate.

Could have done with a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom. A king size bed in one of the bedrooms would have made it more comfortable. We would have preferred to have a washing machine rather than a dishwasher (personal preference).

Very clean. Location very good. A nice farm shop and cafe. Easy check in. Most of the staff very friendly. Would stay again.
