It was not a major issue but the “icing on the cake” of this superb caravan would be the provision of towels.

Very well equipped with every thing needed for our stay. Extremely clean and homely.

I found the on site entertainment very expensive and the drinks where ridiculously priced...$17 for a beer and small glass of wine! Luckily we are not big drinkers and Aldi is about 10 minutes away in the car or 15 minutes on the bus. It would have been useful for us to have a list of things provided as we packed all cleaning things and games for the kids etc and there was no need for them. The check in details were not given to us after emailing several times. I rang and spoke to the owner and she gave it straight away and was very friendly and helpful explaining how to work the heating etc. She did not mention there is a blue wallet with details of how to work everything in the caravan so I had to call again to ask for the WIFI instruction but again she was very friendly and helpful.

The Caravan was more spacious than I expected and there was lots of things included that I didn't expect...cleaning equipment, tea towels, tin foil games for the kids etc. It is very close to the beach (10 minute walk with kids) and the bus stop to Newcastle centre is 3minutes walk away. The children activity centre is a few minutes walk away and there is lots for them to do. We visited the Puppetry festival in Newcastle centre and there was lots of free / cheap activities for the kids and the parade was awesome. We were very lucky to get good weather so spent many a happy hour on the clean quiet beach too. This was our first caravan holiday and we weren't sure what to expect but we loved it and we will definitely be visiting again!

The don't supply towels, which they did state on there advert, so its my fault entirely, for not reading the advert fully. But feel as part of my review, if this gets read its an extra prompt that towels aren't supplied. Also no bedside socket, but there is one at the end of the bed, so again no harm done, just putting it out there for information purposes.

Nice and quiet location, nice large TV, the place has it's own WiFi, nice electric fire that had it's own remote.

Second visit to this beautiful caravan. We stayed last year and booked it again because it was so nice. It's astonishingly spotless throughout, very comfortable and spacious and tastefully decorated. We hoped for sun but we got rain! However, it was still a great holiday. We had a walk to St Mary's Lighthouse and hunted for crabs along the way. The lighthouse is beautiful on a sunny day but equally as beautiful in the rain. So atmospheric! The caravan was a heavenly place to return to for a hot shower and a cosy evening. Absolutely exceptional, thank you so much again.

Would have been nice to have tea-towel, bag for waist bin, washing up sponge, however, there is a shop on site if arrival is in opening times.

Breakfast N/A in caravan. Location was excellent for us, handy for walk by sea and visiting Newcastle and visits to Northumberland coast. Clean tidy site.

Parking is a bit of a problem as no parking for the caravan specifically. Sometimes we managed to park near the van, but a lot of time had to park quite a distance. When getting there we just plonked the car outside by the bins to unload.

Great location next to the sea and light house. On site bar and park were nice. The caravan was well kept, clean and tidy. Ideal for a long weekend visiting family.

I'm pleased I came at the end of the school holidays as ai could see the parking was a bit of a mare. I was lucky I did get parked each day in the same place.

I used the caravan as a base as I was out every day.. I came to help look after my nephew. The caravan was, very clean and everything you needed.

Parkdean entertainment is like 60 to 70 % recommended. Parkdean arcade is small. But overall this is private owner caravan which is about perfect quality of caravan is amazing. Parkdean membership - to be fair no need to buy it. They not sercuity or staff asking fir membership id.

The only thing we didn't like was having to come home! Nothing at all to fault.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with our children aged 6 and 4. We loved everything about it. The caravan is gorgeous - super clean and had everything we needed plus more! The decor is beautiful with so many homely touches, you can tell the owners take pride in it. We loved the site too, it felt very chilled out and relaxing. Great pub/restaurant with a happy hour from 4-6, fun kids park, pool, ice cream parlour and a very reasonably priced convenience shop on-site. Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and all the beautiful beaches are just on the doorstep so it was the perfect location too. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing break - just what we needed and we will definitely return. 10/10
