We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBathroom needed a shelf or unit to put your own toiletries on. Fixed overhead shower head only, no hand held shower so had to get hair wet. Drinks in the bar were a but overpriced
Very good welcome from the duty manager. Lovely riverside location. Excellent food in restaurant and good breakfast selection. Cosy and comfortable bedroom with lovely decor. Very nice toiletries provided.

United KingdomThe windows didn't open far enough so we were hot during the night. We could hear the guests next door when their dogs barked in the morning . It was our most expensive stay on our Coast to Coast trip at over £200 for a night. Getting served at the bar was difficult at the end of the evening as there were some visitors who had over imbibed and held us all up. The staff managed it well but several residents had to wait a while to be served.
The welcome was exceptional. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom and products were really very good. The water got hot quickly and the shower was excellent. The towels were soft and the bed and pillows comfortable. The coffee and tea was quality and we were given a flask of real milk for the room which was a very nice thought. Breakfast was waitress service which was lovely. The food and coffee was very tasty and well cooked. We liked the granola and yogurt very much.
