We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Basically muesli, toast, packeted pastries, orange juice. No marmalade. Everything was cleared away at 09:30 but service was meant to be available until 10:00. They had to get everything out for us. Unfriendly service. Very poor value & misleading “breakfast” advertising. Uninterested staff at breakfast & check out. No “how was your stay”. Would not use again unless breakfast upgraded & staff properly trained. Not recommended

United KingdomStaff and restaurant staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are basic but I've paid more for less. Restaurant is very well presented and great food of an evening. We didn't have the breakfast so i can't comment. Positioned well and when work being undertaken is finished, I can imagine it be ideal for parties and weddings, but only if prices remain the same with the rooms. I considered it value for money and the building to be very nice, not what I was expecting. Quite grand.
Value for money. Friendly staff and a great restaurant with good food. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

United Kingdom- no freeview in room only smart TV - they did not make up the rooms the whole time? For £60 I’d expect this - hot water took an age to come through - bedsheets had holes in them - price is high for what this hotel is - lack of plugs in bedrooms - our room looked out on to a skip and where they keep the bins - no phone in room to call reception - noisy around the rooms when other guests moving around - security deposit on credit card - light switch next to my bed not working - only one bedside lamp - bathroom was unclean, other guests purple shampoo marks on walls!
Good location, free parking for the duration of our stay. The staff were friendly and made me some food late at night too when I was on the hunt for a takeaway. Beds comfy.

United KingdomWe would have liked an opening window, we couldn't see out of it because of the condensation. The shower over the bath needs updating. No information about the hotel/breakfast/the town in the bedroom.
Nicely presented hotel, great location in the centre of Stone with parking on site. Good sized room and bathroom. Very good lighting in the bedroom. We could hear music from the cocktail bar but it didn't go on late so didn't affect us, the town was quiet at night. Staff very helpful and friendly especially front of house/reception staff member Jack (I think his name was).
