Such a lovely BnB, Neil and Neville are fantastic hosts and the breakfast was just lovely. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dartmouth

Nothing it was all very good.

The Dartmouth i s extremely comfortable, Neil is an excellent Host, and the breakfasts are very nice too. There is a great view and its in a good location near to town Only slight issue is that its a very steep walk down into town but the 90 bus goes very near to the B & B and is very regular too and stops right at the harbour.

Lovely scenic view from breakfast conservatory/terrace. The most professionally cooked breakfast; a room that was spotless and a property that was tastefully decorated throughout. All complimented by a very welcoming host.

Beautiful house and gardens, the breakfast was delicious and the room was kept spotless. Neil our host was very friendly and full of useful information. A plus for us was that we were able to walk down into Dartmouth and catch a bus back that dropped us off at the end of the road, which meant that we could leave our car on their car park the whole of our stay.

Absolutely nothing

Neil and Neville were exceptional hosts. The house was immaculately clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. The location is brilliant for a walk into town. The breakfast was excellent and there was simply nothing I could fault. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely location even though it is a bit of a walk downhill to the centre. Getting back using the local bus number 90 is very easy The property looks very nice and clean with lovely views over the town/river D’art estuary Neil is a very good host

Bit of a walk back uphill but the regular #90 bus from the harbour side sorted that out perfectly ✔️

This is not a complaint at all - it's a B&B, but there is a glorious terrace and breakfast room and it would have been fantastic to be able to buy a beer or glass of wine and sit out there in the evening to watch the town and harbour as the sun sets and the lights come on. I do appreciate that that involves licensing etc. so fair enough, but felt like an opportunity not used.

This is a top notch B&B. The location is slightly out of town, but that does mean there is a terrific view from the B&B - particularly our bedroom - of the harbour area. It's also quiet. The location is fine if you're fit enough to walk down to the town, which is a mile or so, but on very steep roads, but the bus service from the near by main road is excellent and frequent, so we mixed up driving down or getting the bus.

Bed linen was a bit heavy for the summer, but it was a warm week.

Lovely property situation on the top of the hill overlooking Dartmouth. Short walk into town , albeit quite steep to get up although plenty of bus and taxi options. The host, Neil, was superb, friendly and efficient and makes you feel you are in safe hands.
