A little tricky to find, especially in the dark, We found the bed a bit uncomfortable!

Everything we needed for a long weekend in Leeds. Beautifully furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. Just a stone throw walk from the city centre and surprisingly very quiet being so close. Big plus point having free parking right next to property and very secure. Lady who greeted us so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. Loved our stay here in our favourite city!

On arrival there was a member of staff, if we had any issues we contacted someone by phone. The plastic shelf on the fridge door where you stand milk one side is broken and looks like it has been for a while needs replacing as when you open the door it comes away from the door. There were no extra toilet rolls to access or extra blankets provided as even with the radiators on it was cold at night this time of year. One night there was a strong smell of drugs being smoked either in the building or in very close proximity to our room which was a bit concerning.

It was a 10 minute walk into the city centre. If you did not want to eat out the kitchen area was equipped with everything you needed to make a meal.

The finish of the place was excellent, the fixtures and fittings were quality and you could tell a lot of thought and love went into everything. The location was superb too. The bed was huge and both of us slept so well!

Noise from the people who came to clean the apartments - my apartment was near the front door and the conversations and banging doors was very loud and echoed in the hallway. This disturbed my sleep.

The building was full of character. The apartment was well decorated and had some lovely elements to it (decor). Comfortable and since there were not many people staying in the building - it was mostly quiet. Loved my state.

Excellent apartment with parking, a short walk into Leeds Center and right next to the uni. Well furnished with comfortable super king bed.

Handy parking and convenient for the city centre. Great facilities and everything we could need for a weekend away. Free Wi-Fi . Was very quiet area. Quality fixtures and fittings.

The bed. My husband who had back injuries previously had a hard time sleeping in the sunk in bed with barely any support. It’s been 2 days after the trip and he is still recovering from it.

The decoration of the apartment is beautiful. It’s location is also very convenient for people who like to explore the city.

If I had to find any fault and this is being really picky could do with some larger glasses and some tea spoons but as said that's being really picky otherwise it was spot on and will definitely return

I ordered an Amazon parcel to be delivered to the apartment on Wednesday 28th June. Amazon confirmed it had been delivered before we arrived. When we arrived there was no sign of the parcel. We spoke to a member of the cleaning staff on Thurs 29th and she confirmed the parcel had been received and left inside the porch however it was not there when we arrived literally a few hours later. It did not turn up before we left on the Friday. Not really nice to think that another guest or member of staff has taken this. My name and apartment name was clearly on the parcel.

Perhaps more cutlery and 2 key cards Cover for the car from the bird excrement- however Nikki was wonderful in helping us out when we were cleaning it off the car. Thank you!

Bed was lacklustre, and uncomfortable - more of an issue was that it was 2 single beds put together, which made certain things more awkward.
