Location was close to where we needed to be so that was great. The property was excellent with modern fitout to a period building in a rural setting. The room was warm on a cold day and very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The host was excellent and provided us with local information.

Everything! Ticked all the boxes! Superb staff! Excellent food! Well preserved historic inn! Clean and modern accommodation! The friendly staff take such pride in this establishment you can tell it's more than just a job for them! This place has high standards in every aspect! Cannot recommend this beautiful place enough! So pleased we visited this time of year as it was lovely to wake up and be greeted by the sight of baby lambs frolicking in the morning sunshine in the field opposite our room. A lot of thought has gone into the running of this beautiful old pub. Cannot wait to return! Thank you Dinton Hermit staff for making our stay a truly wonderful one!

Loved it. The room was spotless, and so well equipped. I mean, who else provides an umbrella in the room! The room was quite small, but, as I say, so well thought out and equipped and very clean. Location - it was very quiet so we had a restful night. The included continental breakfast is also superb - fruit smoothies, lots of choice etc. Cooked breakfast available at some extra price but we felt there was no need. Congratulations to the owner and manager, because this is how hotels/B&Bs should be run and equipped. Spot on.

The rooms were great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows and towels were all great quality. The food was excellent and we loved sitting outside enjoying the view of countryside and the vegetable garden. We had a great evening with family.

Very friendly staff, welcoming even when we arrived after midnight. Great room, comfortable bed, nice touches like fresh milk and biscuits, iron provided etc. Excellent breakfast with homemade smoothies, fresh produce from garden and proper fresh cooked English breakfast.
