I couldn't see a proper menu for breakfast or coffees. Online it says you had continental breakfast but when I phoned the bar I was offered. Full English or omelette. So I decided to drive to Romsey town and get something there. Staff just walked around in there own clothes. Even it they just had a Work t-shirts. At least you know there staff. And from what I saw curries were cooked in the microwave. I was just expecting a bit more. It wasn't horrendous but there'd room for improvement.

Surroundings were brilliant. Pub was nice but it felt like an harvester.

No real negatives. Take your own plugs for USB chargers. Limited choice for dinner at the pub, our massala curry was very hot for a massala, not creamy, and portion was small, wasn't as good value or as tasty as breakfast but maybe that's just our taste. We ate from chip shop in town 2nd night, can recommend chicken and haloumi wrap was lovely!

Great location, walking distance to Harold Hillier Gardens and local co-op and takeaways, lovely view from room patio doors. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Bed comfortable, lots of room around the bed for cases. Breakfast 10 pound each extra, very good full English with hot drinks and juice, order as much as you want. Overall accommodation is really good value for money.

The pub is under new management. We only had one bath towel and asked for another. The lovely lady behind the bar was rushed off her feet which was great to see but we had to ask again for a towel and also we ran out of toilet paper, just small things but it had not been an issue on earlier visits.

We have stayed here several times before, it is clean, comfortable and ideally placed for visiting relatives.

Location a bit out of town of Romsey. Was told a breakfast option would be available between 9-10 however no staff around at breakfast time and no staff to check out with. Downgrade to standard room not deluxe

Ownership had just changed and so they didn’t have meals service at night. For breakfast the limited staff did a marvellous job.

Location was great for visiting the two major gardens in the area. It isn’t luxury accommodation but it was very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

I had booked dinner for my first evening, and had received confirmation and no further news but on arrival found the Property had changed owner/management two weeks previously and they were not doing food, only Breakfasts. Due to torrential rain and the rural, fairly isolated location,I did not want to travel further and the new Indian management provided a Curry. This was not food that I would have chosen. I understand that they plan to recruit a new cook.

Breakfast was OK. The location is pleasant overlooking cattle in a lovely green field but the Pub sign is not very visible in heavy rain and I drove past by mistake. It is only signposted on a road junction from one direction.
