The food and waitressing staff were very disrespectful and rude, couldn't get the orders right and was told ""it's ok just eat round the stuff that I asked not to have on the plate,they took the starters away before even finished,the money we pay for the food you would expect them to take down your orders and expect the right foor that was ordered.the room it's self was ok,told them that the window was cracked and the loo seat was lose but did nothing about it.

Shower was not the easiest to stay at correct temperature, beds were not comfortable at all, extremely hot in rooms even with the 2 fans available. not entirely sure why there are chickens in the back yard so Not able to let the dog off because of them. Breakfast could of been included in price. Windows not the safest for young children and very dated.

The bar area and reception was lovely and modern, staff helpful. Nice little garden to the back and our dog was able to join us. Bathrooms were clean and our room spacious.

Only issue was we had an adjoining room. The other had a baby which was awake half the night. Not the people in other rooms fault but not a good night's sleep.maybe the hotel could have managed the room allocation a little better.

It didn’t have it’s own parking so we had to find somewhere to park and walk back with our luggage. The shower in our room didn’t work properly.our family room only had 2 double beds not ideal with teenagers. Building needs some updating.

Parking was poor, bed wasn't comfy (had a bar in it) sounded like we had a family of elephants in the room above us, but you get what you pay for.

Service in the bar wasn't great & wasn't told about booking for dinner when we checked in. The room could do with a good clean. The carpet needs replacing. The shower in the bathroom wasn't good.

Reception poorly staffed, had to wait for someone to come several times. Handing in the key when leaving or collecting it on returning was annoying when no one was at the reception. For some strange reason a staff member came into our room when we were out and took our fan. On returning to our room expecting to turn our fan on it was missing. Went reception and they admitted taking it for their own use without any apology. We were a bit taken back by their impropriety.

The Location was good. Value for money. Room was comfortable. Parking was ok and we had no problems at that time of the week.

The room smelt. There was a loud banging noise in our room which went on till early hours of morning. We reported to reception they didn’t really want to know said she would send some one down reported it again later asked if we could be moved to different room none available. So didn’t get much sleep. Parking was a nightmare for disabled people no spaces available. So had to drop of and park down road

We where on ground floor, woken by bloody chickens and smokers coughing, very off putting when your trying to have a early morning fumble,

Check in time was quite late at 3pm. Bathroom didn’t have any working lights and the ceiling in the bedroom was peeling away. Shelving in both the bedroom and bathroom were not great, felt like they were going to fall off! View from the bathroom was straight into another guests bathroom, very odd and didn’t leave much to the imagination!

Great location, managed to get a parking spot. Staff were very nice. View from the bedroom was good and the beds were comfortable.

There were no ironing facilities per room. The decor was a little dated and needed refreshing.

The staff was nice and friendly. It was close by the beach front with a lot of access to a variety of eating establishments.
