We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSite needed a sweep up and cobwebs dusted away. No mirror in room, only bathroom. Bathroom a little tatty. Dining room a little basic, hot water urn not working both mornings, no extra plates for pastries, no marmalade, no sauces second morning. Cooked breakfast was nice though. Temporary reception not really selling hotels potential.
Comfy clean bed, good cooked breakfast, lovely balcony view.

Our room was very pleasant, the breakfast was very good, the hotel is in a fabulous location overlooking the river with a short walk into town.

United KingdomThe shower room was very disappointing. For an upgraded room the shower was poor old and grubby tiling - no heated towel rail. We have stayed at this hotel before and the standard rooms are good value for money.
The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast and service were very good. We upgraded our room to have a balcony overlooking the river which we enjoyed. Free parking.

The hotel is overlooking the river. They have a nice outdoor area next to the water and also great views across the countryside. The location is great, just a few minutes walk into the town. The staff were all really friendly

United KingdomI certainly didnt get one of the modern bathrooms pictured in the advert !!! Shower was dark and dingy, with an shower curtain that was past its best Breakfast was disappointing, not value for money and not particularly hot - found shell in my scrambled egg, coffee was wishy washy.
Beautiful setting, right on the river and really convenient for central St Ives. Lots of free parking.
