Only negative was it was quite warm but still had no effect on our comfort and stay .

The Doric has easy parking , lovely decor , excellent staff in a fab location with tram stop right outside for convenience, very pleased and will go back again soon.

There isnt a car park. There is space for a few cars parked down the side of the building which means you cant access your car for the stay. The lift was very small. Couldn't fit anyone in with a buggy so had to send it up and take stairs .

Good location and nice little pool and hot tub. Fun family entertainment in the evening too. We had a suite and it was nice and spacious for myself and 3 children.

A lovely hotel, with friendly, hard working staff. Good sized lovely clean room, very comfortable beds and good food. The entertainment was good , with one evening with the 4ds exceptional. Thank you especially to the staff, who were exceptional. As a bonus, looking out to the setting sunset over the sea.

It was too hot , the heating was on full blast I think, it made it uncomfortable to sleep, so much I had to have the window open and the curtains to get some air, also in the restaurant in the morning it was far to warm

I liked the swift check-in, the warm welcome from the reception team, the room choice was good, the bar staff were great, the breakfast staff could do with a little more training, I got my breakfast in stages, breakfast, then a cup, then milk then coffee, and I had to ask everytime I wanted something, even to the point of getting a tea spoon, but I get they were busy, but if you ask if someone wants coffee or tea, please ensure they have the whole items to hand, and not having to wait ages , but over all it was a good experience

The all-in exclusive stopped at 10 before the end of the show and you have to pay full price.the room we had was very small had 2 single beds squashed into it i was treated by my wife for my 74th birthday and she was very disappointed.

Old fashioned rooms so hot .room view was a big fan what woke us up tiny bathroom had sit on loo side wards as knees touching bath . Drinks very expensive and no where does it say deposit needed due to booking threw booking .com

Our room must have been directly above the entertainment. It was so loud and went on till late. Not ideal for a family with very young children Generator right outside our window which was also noisy Very hot even with radiators off and window open Children’s entertainment was 8pm-10pm. Much too late

Stayed here with my Grandson last year & came back due to lots of positives, the pool he loves ( as it's 3ft deep & he's 4ft) entertainment esp for the kids, family room was spacious, staff excellent, check In & Out smoothly

Entertainment is on quite late, which isn’t a problem as we know that guests LOVE a good entertainment experience. However, with 2 children and for a family break, in this suite - we could hear the music and voices quite clearly. Thankfully it didn’t interfere with our sleep too much and was quiet after midnight.

The Margaret Ann suite seemed to be the best to book for the family and we enjoyed our stay. It was large, with a nice jacuzzi bath in the bathroom, alongside a shower.
