Sandra and Mark welcomed us in to their amazing home! With such beautiful decor can you really feel the love that has gone into this hotel! Sandra and Mark on both nights of our stay. Socialised at their bar with us! Breakfast was amazing and they simply did everything and more to make us feel welcome! It almost feels like we have made a set of new friends! I couldn’t rate this hotel any better

Staff was lovely and very welcoming Facilities was very clean The location of the hotel was in the perfect area for the seafront and the shops Breakfast was very tasty, many compliments and a variety of food and drink to choose from.

Fantastic hotel. Room was lovely and big and had everything we needed. Loved having a small fridge as well. Breakfast was great. Mark and Sandra are great hosts nothing is too much trouble for them. They go the extra mile for there guests.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The property was clean and tidy and very well located near the Pleasure Beach. We also had parking included with the stay which was a massive help. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay, made to feel welcome exceptional room with fantastic breakfast - car was safe parked behind electric gates. Owners are wonderful people and nothing too much trouble will definitely go back and stay with them again. Would recommend The Dudley if you want a super comfortable stay.

You cannot fault the service, the cleanliness, and the location for all attractions great place for a family to stay

A brilliant stay, hotel was very clean, well maintained and the owners took pride in what they do. Breakfast was fantastic and just what the doctor ordered to prepare for a fun pack day, and we would stay again and recommend any family that wanted a pleasant stay away from a typical bed and breakfast this is a 5 star rating for those wanting a decent stay, decent breakfast not too far away from anything thing but without breaking a budget, my kids loved the theme room and nothing was not of any trouble, we would come to Blackpool again (when it’s not raining) and stay here
