The hotel was very well appointed, the rooms were well decorated and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is well appointed with a rain shower plus a handheld showerhead. I was able to hang my clothes on the open wardrobe. There is plenty of plug sockets and a work station in the room. Good flatscreen TV in the room, with lots of channel selection. There are also tea and coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits in a little jar, this was a nice touch. On arrival and check in we were offered fresh milk in a cold flask to take to our rooms. The staff were very attentive and professional.

There was no sign indicating it was "The Dunes" only Golf club signs which did confuse us slightly when arriving in the dark.

Breakfast was delicious both the Full welsh and the Vegetarian options were high quality and cooked beautifully as was the evening meal we had.

The shower is very powerful and wet the bathroom floor & mat very easily and quickly. Had to spend some time to find the way to switch on the bedside and other task bedroom lamps. The room was too hot so had to let patio door open for a while and switch the heater off to cool it down to 20°C, better to sleep in. Service at breakfast with a brand new member of staff wasn't the best as my hot water barely warm, being asked if I had finished twice while I was just eating but I gather this employee really requires much training and build experience.

Fantastic venue within 15 minutes walk to the Esplanade and Tenby city centre/beach/restaurants. Room with balcony very spacious, with very modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice additional touch of free flask of milk given on arrival for the room. Great TV with access to Netflix and all channels for rainy days. Restaurant comfortable for lovely healthy breakfast. On site parking also much appreciated especially for Tenby which has restricted parking options. The night porter and 24h reception worth noting for late night-out if needed.

There’s nothing to fault

The room was so very comfortable and items unexpected such as bottled water , fresh milk in flask for the complimentary coffee and tea , complimentary toiletries . Staff were so friendly but professional . Breakfast was exceptionally lovely . Only ten to fifteen walk to Tenby Town

I really can’t fault the property.

Everything about the property was perfect for us. Location to beach and local shops, bars and restaurants couldn’t have been much better. Had one of the best nights sleep in a long time, such a cozy an comfortable place. Really nice and pleasant staff all round.

Only one thing my pet peeve being in food industry all my life is fried eggs they need to be sealed properly raw albumen on a yolk can be dangerous especially to a pregnant woman or someone who suffers stomach problems it's easily fixed by using a lid when cooking eggs they are still lovely and soft but that's only a small thing

This place was great I would highly recommend it for anyone I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends it was one of the best places we stayed on our holiday clean a lovely comfortable bed which is important to us just a nice place with good breakfast had the best blueberry pancakes for breakfast

The pillows were a bit high and the shower was weak.

Great service: Sue at reception was extremely helpful and friendly (recommending places to visit, etc.) and the waiters in the restaurant were highly trained (professional, but still friendly & helpful). The room was very comfortable. The restaurant served very tasty food, well worth dining in. At first it seemed that the prices were a bit high, however, when compared with other restaurants in town we found that they were on a par, but for much better quality. It wasn't a problem for us, but there is a steep staircase going up to the bedrooms and there is no lift. The hotel would make for a great stay if combined with playing golf as you are right on the golf course. It is within walking distance of the city centre, which is great as parking in town is difficult.

Lovely to have a balcony but shame no outdoor furniture to sit on as described. Room menu had a larger list of items for breakfast than in restaurant also cooked breakfast was quite small for the price

The breakfast was excellent, a good choice on offer and very tasty and top quality produce. The room was spotless and spacious and very nicely decorated and we had lovely views. The reception staff and waiting on staff were very helpful and what a nice change as when we arrived they brought fresh milk to the room for the coffee/tea.

A very Warm welcome from the lovely Sue on reception , room was fantastic , very modern and spacious, a huge and very comfortable bed and a balcony that overlooked the golf course. The location was great , only a 5 minute stroll to get the esplanade overlooking the south beach with Caldey Island in the distance. Breakfast was superb this morning , all staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back .

Only comment was I didn't know how to turn the bathroom light off but it didn't affect my stay.

Everything! Lovely touch of offering fresh milk for the room for hot drinks. Very spacious rooms, beds were super comfy. Throughout the whole building and rooms were very clean. Breakfast - beautiful & fresh options along with a nice variety of drinks on offer. Staff were super helpful and always smiling. The weather was super windy on New Year's eve but you could hardly hear it when in the room.

Disappointed with the breakfast, we would prefer drycure bacon and the sausages weren't good. The brown bread was not nice and we prefer juicy tomatoes not dry ones. There were too many herbs used, herbs are a very personal choice
