Bed was a bit cheeky.

The hotel was very well equipped for the stay. The staff were very helpful. We were very happy with our stay. Rosa on the reception was amazing, she made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Private room in with ensuite, very comfortable bed with plenty of space, a work and kitchen area, good shower, tea and biscuits. Could not ask for anymore and a great location near the Cathedral and city centre. Outstanding value for money

A bit strong smell in the hall of some cleaning stuff.

Clean, nice sise. Ok bed and pillows. Quiet neigbourhood. Nice and helpful staff. Very foor the price and excellent location, near Center and many interesting places.

Only downside the bright fire exit light in the bedroom that I couldn't turn off, but perhaps that's mandatory..

Trivial things....no bedside lamp, hot water took a while to run through.

The way the staff responded to us was exceptional. Especially the lady who was their in the reception. She was very kind to us. And the cleanliness was very nice. It was just 15 mins walkable distance away from the bus station.

I didn't get the room I booked, it seemed a requirement for staff to slam shut every door as they passed through. So, as I worked nights I had virtually no sleep, wasted of time pulling the curtains not blackout. ,I was there four 5 days with no room service at all bins not emptied

Because of my Arthritis they had kindly agreed to put us in a ground floor room which was very kind of them However, we were put in a small room right by the front door. The first nights sleep was awful with the front door banging when people came in and out. Also doors banging from within the Hotel downstairs. This continued until 12.45 - 1.30 AM. I had been up since 6 AM that day, I was exhausted, I didn't go to sleep until 1.45- 2 pm. However Saturday night, we were invited to move to the family part of the Hotel. It was lovely and quiet, very soft comfortable bed. Nice spacious room, with a deep bath. The only downfall was the window wouldn't open the room was quite warm. A much better night's sleep though.

The second night the bed was comfortable and soft.

The accommodation is actually called The Earlham Hotel, so I drove past it the first time.

The room was much larger than I expected. It also came with a sink, fridge, microwave and wine glasses. Parking was easy.

Comfortable rooms, 10 min walk to the town centre, free parking and excellent staff. The manager, Roza, was very kind and professional and made our stay very comfortable.

Size of the room was decent, they gave us soap and shampoo and whole shebang in tiny lil bottles which was really cute imo and the staff were really friendly

Room smelt damp, mattress really hard, Mildew in shower. Asked for bath and received reply saying I would but room only had shower. Doors bang really loudly.

Good location. Free car park which you can use the day after your stay.
