The property was nice and big. The layout and design of it was amazing.

We didn’t like having to pay a security deposit - this isn’t standard for our Booking.com bookings. We also could only check in at 4pm, which is late on average There were a few broken or damaged parts of the apartment, that weren’t bad enough to really complain about. The chairs were broken, lights flickered, wallpaper ripped and grouting in the bathroom was poor. None of this really impacted our stay but it does impact the perception of the apartment

Nothing bad to say to be honest only thing was the iron was broke the water was coming out of the bottom part of it other than that it was was a good place to stay🙏🏾

The bed one side had damaged, one stool had no screws and collapsed when sitting on it. During heavy rain the roof started leaving next to the bin

Really wanted a bath and requested to have an apartment with a bath but was unable to as the plug was faulty. Also afew broken parts to the apartment like the wall paper in the bedroom was torn, the sink tap was broken and squirted water onto the side when turned on, and the bed was two singles beds pushed together which was a really really uncomfortable nights sleep for the stay.

Really nice colours scheme and finish to the apartment good Wi-Fi and pretty good standard to how clean it was. For the price it was good value for money

There is a table with two chairs, but these chairs are not good and it can be dangerous to use them

The location is undoubtedly the best of the property, The sofa was a little dirty and worn (not that it gets in the way of use).

I have booked rooms here several times for workers whenever they are in the right price bracket/available. They have all enjoyed their stays here and one asks to come back whenever the rooms are available even though the property is further away from their work than other properties as he likes it so much and is by far his favourite accommodation whilst working in Salford the last couple of months so much so that he doesn't mind the extra commute!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave us body pain.

The facility was okay , comfortable and with necessary amenities. The entertainment gadgets were very good and made our stay worth the while.

Some of the appliances were broken like a chair which seat was not screwed on and the mirror was missing and the door handle to bathroom was coming off aswell as some of the plates and cutlery being greasy needing a second wash. The pots and pans were also scraped with metal so flakes of the non stick coating were coming off

The fact that 5 20 somethings were inside when we arrived. This scared my elderly mother but luckily the young men were helpful. Unlike Sojo who ignored us all weekend. I am home a week and Sojo will still not accept blame for how poorly they manage their properties

The only thing we liked was that Ecclesian had double booked and other guest were able to let us inside (before they left and allowed us to stay) otherwise we wouldn't have had access as Sojo hadn't shared lockbox details.

The decor was tatty, bath plug was blocked and I had no TV for the entire stay despite constantly trying to get hold of anyone from the management

We had ants in our apartment. It was suggested to move apartments but we didn't have time as we had work conferences on. I woke up in the middle of the night with one on my face. I sent videos of it but not really anything back. We didn't have the time to move. It's really disappointing that no one has tried to call me or even explain how it happened. Its clearly an issue because there's ant killer in the apartment. I will be seeking advice on this

Definitely would not recommend. To start with they wouldn’t let me in the apartment for 2 hours, because apparently a provisional licence isn’t a legal form of ID? And they only accept passports. So they let me travel 3 hours to get there without telling me that they wasn’t going to let me in. They still took the £100 deposit out of my account the day before, so obviously I would assume everything is okay, so why would they take it if I wasn’t going to be let in? They didn’t send me any emails or messages about how my ID wasn’t accepted, I was just expected to travel up there not be able to get in and then contact them. On the phone for 2 hours with the worst customer service I have experienced, the lady did not know what she was doing and kept getting things wrong so I was standing outside in the freezing cold rain for 2 hours. The facilities wasn’t great, had to wait ages for the hot water to come on, the wallpaper is ripped up, marks on the walls. Nothing was filled up, salt and pepper shakers had nothing In them. There wasn’t enough toiletries, we had to go and buy our own. Had the worst night sleeps with the train waking me up multiple times & the bed so squeaky and annoying. Also a very bad area, really rough. Pillows they provide are flat and uncomfortable. No clear instructions on heating, when he turned on the heating the electric stove came on, unaware of this I ended up badly burning my hand on it. Really not worth the hassle of staying. Would never stay again, do not recommend.
