Everything was fabulous, our room, the hotel, the breakfast was delicious all freshly cooked The location right by the beach, and 5 minutes from the town. We had a sea view and we couldn’t have hoped for anything better

If we stay again we would probably try and get a room on the lowest floor, the stairs are quite challenging, however we already knew this before booking.

Very cosy little place right on the seafront close to all amenities. Lovely breakfast, and very welcoming owners who were very accommodating to our needs. Also great that we can bring our little dog, so we can all enjoy together. Would definitely stay again.

For me the pillows were too hard, and the water wasn’t hot enough for a shower, but I was up early so that could have accounted for it.

Very friendly hosts, was a late arrival after a long long drive and the offer of a cup of tea was so needed. Being upgraded to the 4-poster room a lovely bonus. Stunning sea view in the morning

Unfortunately the shower was poor. It didn't deliver hot water, so had to shower in cold water.

Everything was very good to excellent: comfortable room, great view, comfy beds, plenty of space. Breakfast was very good, too, and staff were friendly.

No negatives for us . Just what we were hoping for .

Absolutely stunning location and the most spectacular views . Just breathtaking ! So convenient for the beach and town . Parking very close by . The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Pillows are especially good . Plentiful supply of hot drinks to make and biscuits too , as well as bottled water . Graham is a fantastic host . He made us feel so welcome and at home and really made my 91 year old uncle feel very special and accommodating his breakfast request which was not on the menu was a very kind gesture . The breakfast offering was very inviting . There was a great selection of a wide variety of fresh fruit and cereals etc . The full English was of high quality , very tasty and well cooked and the coffee was fantastic! On the second day we had the delicious smoked salmon and perfectly scrambled eggs . All the staff we met were very polite and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help . We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again.
