The only down side of the location is a little road noise but having the windows shut kept most of that out.

The apartment at the Faculty was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect for me as I needed access to the hospital and in any case only a few minutes walk to the town centre and railway station. Joe and Levi were extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist us, including the delivery of a much appreciated coffee machine!

We liked everything, but if we have to be picky.... It seems petty, but a softer pillow - we've both got creaky necks from the firm one offered. So maybe a couple of spare softer pillows for the guest to choose might be a nice touch. Noise level from pub next door - oh it was loud...live music...drunk revelers....but it honestly didn't bother us too much, but those with small children may not like it. Directions to the parking spaces would have been helpful as we were going round in circles for a out half hour - so, it's round the back of London Road, not the front as we thought.

Communication was excellent. Apartment was a one bedroom - it was bright and airy, exceptionally clean and we were so comfortable there. We took our miniature dachshund with us, and she loved it too. Everything you'd need for a stay, and even some milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. A short walk to the train station and town...some lovely walks. I'm normally hard to please at times, but I would return without a doubt. Well done The Faculty!

I think the fact I stayed for 7 days but didn’t have anything cleaned and the missing cleaning equipment meant by day 5 I was having to get stuff myself to clean the place.

In general it’s good but the lift was out of order quite often. Also you have to buy your own toilet rolls after used up the one provided, even you are going to stay a month.

The staff are all helpful. Thanks to Joe and Levi for their swift response to our every request. Just 10 minutes walk to town center where you can grab everything you want. Tesco express is just within 1 minutes walk.

Says it has a bath, it didn't. Says it has a coffee machine, it didn't. Says it has Netflix, it didn't. They also charged us £35 parking for a free parking space that comes with the building. Just any reason to get more money out of you. And the final straw was the host refused to give us our £200 deposit back to the point I had to let myself back in using the lockbox and demand my deposit before he finally gave it back. Shocking behaviour. Avoid at all costs!!!

Only thing we liked was that it had a lockbox to move in and out.

Hi after paying the fee and deposit we received the check in instructions promptly. The apartment was modern and spacious. the kitchen had all the essentials that are necessary. All in all a nice apartment to stay in

I booked looking at one place, was later advised this was not available as the advert had been put here by mistake. I was later offered to stay in a different building. Very clean, but not suitable, I had requested for a 1bd apartment, and this was a bedsit/studio apartment and I was on a working visit with my wife. We both work from home and as there was no door to the bedroom. For confidentiality reasons with our line of work it meant one of us had to work from the toilet (the only place with a door and private). NOT GOOD at all. Raised these issues with the accommodation provider. Also certain decorations ie shutters had fallen down, and could not open them. Very close to the communal bins outside, to which smell at times was blown towards the only window we could open in the Property!

The staff is not friendly, payment is so complicated. They do not accept Amex, its fine, but deposit money take 2 weeks for return.

This horrible apartment does not let you check in normal. They will sent a link look like a scam and ask you check in by that link. If you do not want, they do not care. And they waste your travel time by let you wait them at their property for pay. Another things, they will ask you for deposit for secure and you have to contact to many things for money back. Never come back.
