Our stay at The Family Tree was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. There were so many lovely touches, like the bubble bath and cotton wool in the bathroom, and the wooden folder of information about the accommodation and local facilities. The staff were pleasant and efficient, a reflection of the good training and treatment they receive from the owners, I'm sure. The breakfast was another highlight. The selection, presentation and quality was one of the best we've ever had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and we intend to go back ourselves.

The whole vibe of the B&B was great. Very relaxed, with welcoming staff and a great breakfast.

Slight issue with tv, the signal wasn’t very good, so it had to be done through WiFi, however we lost internet connection on 2nd evening and there was nobody about to sort this out for us. Didn’t spoil our stay though.

The room was very nice and spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed, very comfortable bed. Couldn’t fault the breakfast, it was really nice with planet to choose from. The staff were pleased, friendly and helpful.

The location was great and had free parking. The room was lovely and cosy, very nicely decorated with free toiletries and tea & coffee supplies. Plenty of pillows and nice and warm. The owner and staff were very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Best we've had at an overnight stay. Great value for money and would recommend and stay again.

We stayed in the Oak Room, lots of little extra touches. Lovely bubble bath provided alongside other shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I had a nice bubble bath in the roll top tub. Thoughtful touches such as offering to provide plates and cutlery if we wanted a takeaway in our room - which we did! Beautiful breakfast consisting of a tray at our table containing fresh berries, greek yoghurt, cereals, apple and orange juice and croissants. The cooked breakfast menu was varied and our full English was fantastic! We parked in the customer car park which was very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends

Such a beautiful spot and the room was stunning! pretty decoration and it looked and felt lovely! Super quiet and no disturbances and really clean! Food is fantastic and the inclusive breakfast was phenomenal and nothing like we had seen before! Thank you!

This was our second time at the family tree staff are always polite and welcoming the rooms are lovely decor and clean comfy beds too. Great location and parking available on site. Breakfast is amazing! Huge tray of lots to choose from aswell as a hot breakfast too. Nice quiet area too even with it being near the train station

The room was cold when we checked in and struggled to get up to desired temperature. Couple of stains on the upholstery of the bed which a quick fix of Dr Beckman would sort out!

Staff were friendly and inviting. Room was well decorated and designed. Breakfast like most other reviews was superb 👌🏽
