The hotel in my opinion wasn't 5 star. Air conditioning in the room was loud.

The location is brilliant, I loved the very comfortable bed, the room was spacious, with a modern bathroom and the smell in the room was luxurious. The hotel is very cool and the staff are helpful without being over the top. The breakfast was excellent and of a high standard with attentive staff.

Only negative I can think of was the fridge in the room didn’t work. It didn’t impact our stay but it might be an issue for someone else .

Very relaxing colours in the rooms. Very clean all through the Hotel. Staff are amazing. Pete was very knowledgeable and chatty . Conor on reception was a great help For ordering taxis and getting extra pillows.The breakfast staff from the weekend we stayed were fantastic. The accommodation/turn down staff amazing!Even Though I never met them bit they deserve a mention.Room Was serviced and amenities replenished every day/night. We got a platter of desert on our arrival form out 10 year anniversary. Lovely touch. We will be back.

Amazing hotel, fab room , great facilities and perfect staff. Our 25th anniversary and little gifts each day were really nice room was huge and super comfy, bathroom .massive with huge bath and huge walk in shower. Central location a few minutes walk from bus station and close to bars shops and restaurants. We loved everything about the hotel and would recommend it to anybody . It is pricey than most but you definitely get a higher standard of quality and professional. Brilliant hotel .

This is only small but we went for dinner. They gave me the wrong cocktail so ended up getting dinner before a drink. They served the wrong cocktail twice. Expect a little better from 5 star, but only a small thing

Fridge didn’t work so wine couldn’t be chilled. popcorn/snacks not replenished on day two, restaurant chateaubriand overcooked.

Comfortable clean friendly and helpful staff, nice turn down service, decent breakfast choices, restaurant problem was disappointing but staff did their best to compensate.

Chrome cast wasn’t working so had nothing to watch on the TV which was quite disappointing and we paid a considerable amount extra for a view that was really just overlooking another roof.
