It was very comfortable, spotless and peaceful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. To top it off, Leslie was a wonderful hostess catering to our every need. We will definitely return should we lucky enough to be in the area again.

Absolutely nothing to improve. Perfect stay

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcomed. Lesley showed us our room and the shared dining space. She made us a big pot of tea, with a couple of cake bites to go with it. The bedroom is extremely luxurious and comfortable, has everything you need. And the icing on the cake, the breakfast, the choice was phenomenal, it was delicious!

It was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hostess was lovely and welcomed us with tea and cake. Bed very comfy and big. Tv, WiFi, tea and coffee in room, guest dining room with fridge and complimentary basics. Overall excellent value for money and would stay here again.

There was absolutely nothing to even grumble about..

Welcomed with a smile and had a good natter before we headed out for some dinner.. Room was immaculately clean with nice cosy beds with a warm duvet we both slept like logs..Was made a beautiful breakfast to line our stomachs before we played golf.. 10/10 for us great place to stay and will deffo return when back up that part of the country.. Great Job keep up good work..

We stayed for a very short overnight trip on our way back to London but we really wish we had booked to stay longer! We were very kindly welcomed; as it was Easter, Lesley had even left out some little cream eggs as treats and we were offered a cup of tea. Beds were extremely comfy and although we were leaving before breakfast, we were offered little go bags to make up for it, which was very generous. Would definitely book again.

Nothing, a great stay

Wonderful stay, great location (amount 10 minutes from the A9), quiet surroundings but with Auchterader a few minutes away for shopping and eating. Room was fantastic, good size, beautiful bathroom with luxury towels and very comfortable bed Big choice for breakfast cereals, fruit, cooked (Scottish)!breakfast, fresh pastries and juice - kept us going til dinner time. Hope to stay next time we visit the area

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The actual room was spotless and a good size plus the dining room was available at all times so we could have a small snack anytime we wanted.

The breakfast was awesome, so much choice either hot or cold and the hot was cooked to perfection. Lesley, the proprietor, could not have been more welcoming and could not have been more helpful to look after us.

Genuinely, we couldn’t find fault.

It was the perfect stop-over for us as we were travelling on to Aberdeen. We especially liked the added extras of a few drinks and snacks as well as a communal breakfast room/lounge for use when you were not in your room. The host was extremely welcoming and we would return without any hesitation. We whole-heartedly recommend this place to other travellers.
