It was very warm and the bed was meant to be double but was two singles pushed together which isn’t good for your back. A mattress topper would sort this out :)

Very clean, with a brilliant location to the station and The Shambles. Lovely touches like snacks, water and toiletries. Also very simple to follow instructions on how to gain access to the property.

Found the wet room floor got very slippery when wet. Night club next door was noisy but only to be expected from a night club .

The downsides of being in the city centre is how loud the apartment is at night. The apartment is surrounded by pubs and clubs which meant that we barely slept on Saturday night as party goers are either inside pubs/ clubs or outside on the street partying. Earplugs were provided but they didn't help for light sleepers like us.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment and very convenient to most attractions. The staff who greeted us allowed us to check in early and also was very helpful with local recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities included in the apartment was extensive.

Bed was worn and too soft, but we managed with it.

We were upgrated for appartment, so we had plenty of space and all we needed, champange glasses inc.,for our four days stay😄

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I think the mattress should be updated as we didn't sleep at all. The sofa wasn't comfortable either. Due to location is could be quite noisy during the night however ear plugs are provided.

This one bedroom quirky apartment was spacious and central in location. We felt it was value for money. Clean with towels provided and bed sheets were immaculate.

Every thing was great, after our ordeal, we are both OAPs so we stayed put.

We got lost in the shambles but the staff at the FORT were excellent , they made us feel comfotable , and showed us to our room which gave us chanch to lay down, for a nap. With Kennedys bar being down stairs we didnt go anywher else and enjoed the night. well done Guys.

The floor was very dusty, and the location meant our room was directly over Kennedy's beer garden which was noisy.

The room was fine, location brilliant. Easy enough to check and out. They provided a couple snacks, water and earplugs which was a nice touch. Shower was lovely.

Unfortunately, it is quite a noisy hotel, so it’s probably not for people looking for a peaceful stay. You can hear music from the bar below and the walls are very thin and you can hear everybody conversations.

Just the general noise. Again, can’t be helped on a Saturday night. The shower in room 5 - the fans don’t work so it gets very steamy. And the water goes everywhere - maybe install some kind of curtain or something.

Easy self check in. No problems at all! Received a message from the host explaining how to get in and everything else. Clean room, towels and clean bedspread provided. Mattress wasn’t amazing but still slept well. Noise from nearby bars wasn’t amazing but ear plugs provided (not needed) and noise died down around 12. It was a Saturday night so can’t complain. Fairly quiet hotel, but easy to navigate and felt safe!

Our toilet flushed constantly which even though it wasn’t our only toilet, it was loud at night.
