How quiet it was just to get away from all your stress and problems at home you can relax in the hot tub or by the fire either one is fantastic

Lovely place to stay, very relaxing and peaceful. Welcome gifts on arrival and information on where you can go and what you can do within the area was provided. Amazing for a weekend away, will definitely be coming back in the future.

It didn’t bother us but there’s no wifi, the phone signal is fine though and the TV works ok (Now TV and Netflix)

Beautiful little property in the middle of nowhere. Quiet with wonderful views but close enough to the town to get supplies and have a pub lunch. The place has everything you need and is perfect for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Often woke up to the sheep at the door. Very clean and modern but also very cosy. Hot tub is an added bonus. Decent sized seating area in the lounge and the bed was comfortable. More storage than you normally get at similar locations. Little welcome treats and milk were a very welcome gesture. Now Tv and Netflix were also a great added extra for our cosy nights in. Nice little pubs nearby and we even found a local gym. Great place and would definitely recommend to get away from it all

Everything, the location was stunning! The lodge was spotless through and through and we had welcome gifts too! Steve was lovely, he made sure we was settled in and left us to it. This is our second time here and I couldn't recommend it enough. I would come back year after year!

The cabin looks great inside and out is brilliant you have everything you need the view is breathtaking the hot tub is amazing we loved it we will definitely recommend this place. Better directions to the cabin needed on booking.com

Never got told what to do when we got there. Just got told we won’t meet anyone there and they leave the keys in the pods so when we got there we just sort of picked the pod we wanted as there was 2 with keys in that we saw. Shower temp was a little off, the hot water would only stay for 5 minutes

Lovely location, beautiful, comfy and clean accommodation. Beautiful views. Would definitely recommend and come back for more than 2 days next time☺️

A bit hard to find and mattresses could be comfier.

Beautiful, quiet location. Very friendly host. Birds singing on mornings outside. Great hot tube. Clean premises. Enjoyed my stay, will return.

Everything was amazing especially the location. The person dealing with us was so kind, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

A little hard to find, needs a little more signage so easier to find. Nothing else

We came to this location as newly weds, we had a little trouble finding it at first, but when we did we was really impressed and the owner Steven was lovely so kind. We had a hot tub and star gazed at night, it was peaceful and luxury, proper little hidden gem. Highly recommend. X

We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay £5 for another bag of wood in order to use the fire, after paying £400 for a two night stay. Also finding the property was difficult having no directions online and the property being sign posted something completely different to Woodland Escape / The Foxes Den as advertised. Only caused 2 domestics on the way. Thank you.

The location and scenery was beautiful, perfect place for a little get away.

We loved how peaceful this little break away was. Amazing walks as soon as we stepped outside the cabin. the hot tub was amazing and very private. We will definitely be back on the future.
