Thought it was a shame, as residents, we couldn't drink in the bar after 11.00pm. We were offered to take a drink to our rooms but declined.

Room was very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Breakfast and service was fabulous.

Excellent location, just by the river and in the town centre. Good atmosphere, friendly staff who gave me some advices on where to go and how to get there. Room was large, more than enough for one (or two). Comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub. View to the rooftops and just over the patio which became a little noisy at night but the staff had emailed me telling me about it, so it was no surprise. Just take earplugs with you and it will be fine. Had dinner on the pub, with view to Fowey River. Service was quick, food tasty. Didn’t have drinks, though. Quite a lovely place.

Not a fault of the property, just noting that the great location comes with some tradeoffs which were perfectly acceptable to us: - No parking nearby. However, there is a frequent bus service from the main parking to the harbour. - There may be some occasional noise from people staying late at the pub next door

Picture perfect view directly on the river! Beautiful room. Lovely atmosphere. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient location. Enjoyed dinner at Galleon Inn pub next door. Pretty memorable stay!

My husband is allergic to seeded bread. So a better quality white bread would have been nicer. The plug in our wash basin was missing its' rubber seal therefore water wouldn't stay in sink. Tap had to be left running while shaving which is waste of water.

Only having to walk from the car park and back, that was the only downside! However, it wouldn't deter me from returning.

Location, although in the centre of Fowey it was a trek from parking in any direction, but once at the hotel, was worth the walk. Would definitely recommend this place.

Take note that breakfast only starts at 8.30am. Did not have breakfast on one morning as we had to leave at 8am.

Don't try to drive into town to the B&B - drive directly to the parking lot and go back into town with your luggage

The car park as this is allocated at the top of the town. Advise to take small overnight bag.

The location of the hotel was central and overlooking the estuary. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of hot and cold foods. Staff worked extremely hard and engaged with all the hotel guests. Bonus on a Friday as they had a 90’s live band but was finished by11.30pm.
