Great hospitality from the owner. Spacious, well designed, lovely bathroom, comfy bed. Short, picturesque 15 mins walk in to town and easy to get a bus or tax back up the little hill home.

Beautiful B&B, the most relaxing place we have stayed in a long time. Quiet, beautifully maintained large garden. The breakfast which is a selection of muesli fresh fruit, yoghurts and the most yummy fresh warm pastries. Incredible and friendly hosts. Immaculately clean. Very impressed.

Everything was perfect.

We had a beautiful spotlessly clean room with a private terrace that looked into Sue and Nigel's garden. Breakfast was really lovely - you could pick the time you wanted to eat Very quiet location. Sue and Nigel were delightful hosts - we were there for the Dartmouth Music Festival and Sue even offered to pick us up from the town if we were stuck However the bus service is extremely good running to the town and back although it is walkable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely return.

The only problem we had was the steep steps up to the apartment, we are in our late seventies and this was the only thing.

The B&B had a comfortable bed, it was roomy for two people. Clean and well equipped with good facilities, There was parking on site. The owners were friendly and obliging.

Fantastic, friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Great location, a nice walk into Dartmouth. Superb breakfast, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean.

It was a little further out of the town than we expected and the park n ride was going to cost us £5 everyday. Having said that Sue offered to drop us into town but we declined as we didn't know how to return unless we paid for a taxi.

Sue and Nigel were the perfect hosts. The accommodation was excellent and the breakfasts were amazing. Attention was given to every detail.

The Garden Room was lovely and clean with the bed also being very good. The bathroom was excellent and the shower was superb. It was a shame the location was a little to high up to walk into town, but the local park and ride was a couple of minutes away and lots of people used that. The hospitality was excellent with more than ample tea and coffee available, along with biscuits and fruit and yoghurts in the fridge.

The accommodation was lovely as were the hosts, spotless room, everything we needed and more, would highly recommend to anybody wanting to visit this area, would certainly return. Thank you Sue and Nigel for a great stay.

Very friendly host, most helpful, lovely quiet location for us just a mile or so from Dartmouth. The facility was spotless, our host delivered hot croissants and pastries each day, ample teas coffees preserves, biscuits etc. available. All surpassed our expectations.

Bit far out of the town centre for a comfortable walk but we knew that already. If you don't want to use the car, we highly recommend the taxi company Kestrel.

Everything. Really friendly & knowledgeable hosts. Immaculate, comfortable room. Warm croissants delivered for breakfast, lots of treats in room. Parking is a real bonus in Dartmouth.
