We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel and staff were great, friendly and helpful. The price I paid for a last minute stay in the area with our dog was low and I didn’t think it would have been as good as it was, how wrong I was. The food was top notch and good selection of beers. Great stay.

The Four Poster bed was great, but it was a bit off putting as right next to it were a set of bunk beds, so not as cosy as we thought. Other than that it was great. The staff were great and helpful and the breakfast was superb and great value!

Only stayed for 1 night, the staff were very helpful and friendly, great location in the middle of town so good for shopping , bars and restaurant's. Bedroom was well furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and value for money.

United KingdomDespite booking a double and a twin and then emailing to check this would happen and receiving confirmation that we would have this, the siblings were given a double room. They were swiftly moved to the family room as the twin was occupied and the family room was not booked out, but we shouldn't have had to ask once at the hotel. The staff were very nice about it, but someone wasn't paying attention!
We paid for breakfast and all had something different as there was plenty of choice. It was well cooked. We had a preference gluten free and the hotel could cater for them. In the evening they had a beer and cider festival on which made the two men very happy indeed!

The breakfast was wonderful, we had the full works offered us from ice cold milk for cereals to perfect cooked eggs and superb sausage, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans etc etc, tea in T pot UUuuuuummm orange juice Uuumm,, loads of options on juice.. Building was lovely and quaint warm and welcoming .. All the staff we spoke to were so helpful and friendly, ( sorry I did not remember their names) The room was prepared so nice and it looked lovely, it was nice and warm too..1st class.. Thank you to all of you who work there...
