We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs soon as we arrived we were pleasantly surprised Steven spoke my mother tongue, Spanish, which I get to hear so sporadically these days, it was certainly heart-warming, but his service was equally excellent, same as the rest of the staff. A special mention here for Zack at the bar, a totally delightful bartender, efficient and with a great attitude towards his clients and his work. Food was delicious, wine was quite good and we loved the general atmosphere of the place. The room was well equipped and comfortable, a great night sleep after a very busy day. Would come back

United KingdomWeekend staff appeared tired out. Some staff appeared to be inexperienced, forgetful of my order, clumsy, and dropping items by rushing around, on the Saturday and Sunday. I didn’t like not having my room serviced every day, mainly because I had no tea & milk after my first day! I understand the need to cut costs in these hard times, but someone should at least top up the room's & milk etc every day! Barman good, and helpful, but tired out by long hours. 🎼🎵"Where have all your old staff gone, get them back, every one"🎵

United KingdomThe room was too warm and couldn’t turn anything down or get any air, there was no internet that was advertised, And the bath was good but how do you get the soap from the dispenser without standing for an hour pressing it ! and the shower didn’t work

United KingdomI didn't like being asked for a deposit on a £50 bar tab. It wasn't my intention to use the hotel's bar. I was staying in Lichfield for one night to catch up with friend's. We went to a couple of pubs in the city centre.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower 🚿 was perfect. I also secured a very quiet room at the back of the hotel of which I was very pleased about.
