This is a small budget hotel: you get what you pay for. My basement room was extremely small and somewhat tired (but clean). It felt as though it might have been converted from an old store room. There were no staff upon arrival(You're given a code for access in advance and a key is left in the room for you). `Covid restrictions` meant that there was no breakfast on offer. Close to Great Western Road so there was noticeable traffic noise from early morning (no sound insulation from the old sash windows). I felt that it was just about adequate but I am not going to recommend it. I think it falls below what many city travellers would expect from a hotel room these days, even at this price (I have had a far higher standard of accommodation, with breakfast, for only £10 more per night in Glasgow). It might suit a student traveller? I spent 10 hours in the room in total. It was enough.

It is a good location for my needs. The room was clean, the modern bathroom was clean and it offered a good hot shower.

Didn't forward the code to open door waited about 20mins outside before we got in.room was big but badly in need of an update .shoddy furniture.only bonus was the bed which was really comfortable.apart from that I wouldn't be booking this hotel again.

It’s ok if you want something easy and basic. Very hot room, shower door was falling off, half used products in shower, didn’t feel like the cleanest hotel room however there was clean sheets and towels. Get what you pay for though. We were also woken up at 8am to someone entering our room (which was locked). They had a key and I’m not sure if they worked there but they didn’t knock. Accidents happen.

Difficult parking space but at least there was parking available, albeit for an added fee.

Perfect location for overnight in West End. Looks onto Great Western Road and Botanic Gardens. Staff, Arianna and Sam were very helpful in organising our stay and answering any questions. There had been a problem with bookings and we ended up next door in a large apartment. It was very quirky and in need of some redecoration but we enjoyed our stay anyway. Would definitely go back. Good value for money.

It was my second stay in The Georgian House. I like the place, it has a good location, the room is comfortable, and the wifi is good for working remotly. Arianna and Lim are very kind and hospitable.

Can't beat it for location. Oran Mor across the road. Really nice wee room with views onto Great Western Road but windows that block out any noise. Will be back next time we need a stay in the west end. Easy entry. Met at the door showed our room and how to access the key pad entry.

The carpet had ingrained dirt, same with walls and kitchen area. It had a look of grime and needed a complete refit. The cooker hood was dripping in fat. Out of the two mugs left one had a crack in it.

Hotel was over booked so we were put in the flat next door. The bed linen was clean, the flat was as clean as it could get for something that had clearly gone through years of not being kept cleaned.

Nothing, there is obviously hard work going on to improve this slightly dated hotel.

Large room, double and 2 single beds. Comfy though 1 of the singles was a little saggy. Tired carpets, but very clean. Working shutters and thick curtains kept most of the light and any noise out. Lovely big bathroom with massive shower. Water was hot and plentiful. Perfect temperature in the whole hotel. Communal areas were clean and a dining area was offered with a microwave if required. Parking was charged for but in Glasgow West End grateful that it was available at all! Very welcoming staff, even escorted me round to the parking area and cheered me on as I reversed up hill and in from a very skinny street!
