There were a couple of flies that had made it upstairs

Lovely quiet location, perfect for a countryside getaway. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Beds comfortable too!

Only a small thing to note is the sofas are quite low to sit on.

Very peaceful, cosy and homely place to stay. The views are amazing!

The downstairs bedroom didn't have a secure window to open at night nor anywhere to hang clothes.

The grounds and buildings were great. Really enjoyed the peace as no roads nearby. Bird watching from the breakfast table was a bonus. Nearby pub was friendly and served good food. Location was central to visitor attractions. Loads of information provided at the property.

Better parking especially if you have friends and family meeting up and have 2 cars. Difficult turning space for SUV vehicle/s. No shelf or hanging hooks in downstair shower room. No locking facility on downstair toilet from inside posing privacy risk.

It is a self catering accomodation. Superb location with breathtaking views of Shropshire Hills and meadows. Very quite and peaceful for perfect relaxation away from hustle and bustle of town.

    Nothing.

Such a nice place. Perfect for us as two couples. Nice to have two rooms and two bathrooms. Both had lovely showers and were lovely and warm (we visited in April so still cool in the morning and evening). Plenty of room for us all with a large kitchen dinner which had everything you could need, plus a large living room with two large sofas and a sunny balcony. Great for an evening glass of wine or two. The Granary is not far from various places to visit, like Berrington Hall, Stokeshay Castle, Shrewsbury and Ludlow, a lovely town with a large farm shop. Plenty of places to visit plus local great pubs makes The Granary a lovely place to stay.

The location and surrounding views are superb. It’s very peaceful with access to lovely walks and for eating out there is a great choice of pubs serving delicious food only a short drive away. The Granary accommodation is very modern within a lovely old building.
