Very basic room. Staff hard to contact. Will not be going back.

We had an issue with first room not being able to secure door. We did get moved to another room although not as clean.

Very noisy I could hear other people staying, room very dingy for the £315 I paid for for three days plus not even a breakfast 😭😭

Location was perfect, but the hotel for the price I paid for it wasn’t, hence i won’t be booking to go there nexts yr

Radiator was on and could not be turned off. It was a very hot day with the heating permanently on. When asked if it could be turned off, we was told it was not possible. Smell off smoke from joining balcony coming into our room. No coat hangers or toilet roll. It was difficult to gain access to the hotel as there was only 1 member of staff, who was cleaning and didn't hear the door bell.

Chair had a spring popping out balcony was shared with 3 other rooms and the shower was too short lol and the ceiling fan was shaking loads and looked like it was going to fall off

Room never once got cleaned 1 towel with 2 hand towels which weren't replaced once same bed sheets for the whole of my journey and 1 toilet roll given had to go out and buy myself a blanket toilet roll was very poor on this side of the stay definitely needs to be looked into the fact of having no lift would be a downside to any elderly people or people with difficulty walking and no food options being available and reception rarely anyone there

The staff I encountered were pleasant and easy to talk with good location room was basic but you pay for what you get area doesn't have a lot to do for the length of my stay if you are a solo traveller

The checking in was apporling . Having to ring my booking agent to find out how to check in because no one on reception on arrival had to wait 45 minutes before receptionist arrived to check us in only to be told she was cleaning. This is unacceptable as the hotel was informed of our time of arrival 3pm and having to ring our agent is unacceptable also whole experience was a disaster and won’t be booking this hotel again

The curtains were broken, there was no toiletries as promised, the shower head holder / adjuster was broken, there was a guttering clip left on the floor next to the set of draws, there was only a half of a toilet roll, the lock on the patio door didn’t lock with the key, and the security cable was also broken, there was a dead fly in the light above the bed, the main door to the room was rattling all night so I had to jam some cardboard in it to stop it from moving

It was too noisy at night. It was gone midnight and there was banging upstairs running up and the stairs. Also I left a bottle of perfume in the room and they said it wasn’t in there. I know I did leave it.

Had a phone call to say there would be no staff available, was told I would get a code for the keysafe, no code arrived, had to constantly contact the hotel to get the code. Hope the security deposit is refunded sooner rather than later???

The cleanliness of the bathroom in particular was below standard and quite poor. When I arrived the seat was up and there was dried urine over it, which I had to clean off. The bottom of the toilet was turning black. And as I didn’t take any wipes for the toilet seat, I went to use the soap and the squirty soap was empty (carex), so I had to water it down so I at least had some soap.

I booked it for the location and cheap price. They also had a small private parking garage which is good. The room was lovely and warm when I arrived as they had kept the heating on. Room was basic but cheap, so you get what you pay for, overall quite good. Staff member was nice and helpful.

There was no heating, and the shower water wasn't warm enough. The kettle took long to boil water. There was no one at the entrance to help out.

There was no bulb working in the ceiling light,And no bulb in the bedside lamp,And no replacement toilet roll.And reception was not maned all the time,And I didn't like paying a deposit for the room,And I may not get the money back.
