Clean room, Clean bedding & a set of two luxury clean white towels a small t.v on wall a choice of tea or coffee & sugar sachets with little carton’s of milk and biscuits with two clean mugs and a teaspoon plus a kettle. A full length mirror, nice wooden beds, wardrobe, three Chester drawer, a table, and wooden floor two leather black back chairs. Nice fitted carpet on the landing and stairs.

Check-in not proffesional; staff messaged a channel and waited to find out what room to put us in. Under the bed had not been cleaned for some time. Not as good as last time we visited.

Not much the balcony was shared with 2 other rooms which to me was unacceptable and felt that i could not leave my door open dye to the fact anyone could enter my room and left me feeling insecure and vulnerable i was also asked to pay a security deposit and told it would be returned to me directly when leaving the property however 6 days later im still waiting the room was also not ready upon arrival and i had to sit in reception for half an hour waiting.

Please avoid as i was charged a £50 deposit on arrival which is not stated in the description. I paid the £50 after being told by a member of staff that I would receive the £50, 5 working days after my stay. 3 months and countless back and forth emails to the owners and still no refund. Joke.

Couldn't fault the staff in my experience they had been left to run the hotel with no communication from owners. The beds were comfortable.

The staff. Rude, rushed and just outright unprofessional. Being accused of stealing before they checked the rooms properly or even communicated with each other to then have a rude voicemail left to me we then had to call and receive more threats and rudeness.

Went away for my birthday the Hotel was lovely. Clean and smelt fresh. Perfect location. Rooms were lovely too. Really happy with our stay, well we were until we left and then got accused of stealing a set of drawers. Which obviously we didn’t.

We had to wait 45mins to check in, there was no staff in the Hotel whats so ever. When staff eventually turned up she said it was self check in after 6.30pm. We wasnt made aware of this or even had any instructions sent on how to actually check in ourselves, there is no check in screen in the reception or anything else we could see to actually check in with. We also had to pay the deposit on check in (which we couldnt of done if we self checked in) even thought the site states they take it 24 hours before. Staff member told us the information on booking.com is different to what actually happens so i think the Hotel should email customers directly after booking to avoid any confusion.

Water pressure was low so couldn’t take a decent shower. The position of the toilet also made it uncomfortable to sit down. The bed creaked every time I moved at night.

The location is fantastic for the beach, easy to get to and met very basic requirements. The room was ready on time. The wifi connection was good.

Staff weren't very friendly and seemed very disinterested in us. They were quick to ask about whether we payed the security deposit but didn't even ask how we were or tell us where to find the wifi password. This wasn't located in our rooms so we had to head all the way back downstairs to search for it and after all of that the wifi was mediocre at best. The staff literally only seemed interested in whether we payed them and I bet they hold onto our security deposit for as long as possible.

We was told there was a stair lift but it was out of order and me and my wife suffer with arthritis in are legs and we had to climb two flights of stairs and we had to cut are holiday short as the stairs broke us and the company wouldn't listen to are requests to get a refund as we cut are holiday short by four days which we didn't want to do

The staff that was there was excellent and they tried to accommodate me and my wife.

The location and staff were OK but the room was unsecured when we went out,the balcony door was broken and this gave others access if they chose. The staff said they were waiting for a locksmiths, so we had to take our most valuable things out with us. Other than that it was OK.

Unpleasant vibe. Cider can and half smoked cig on reception counter Shower on top floor didnt work, dribble 170 for 2 nights was not good. Savoy next door appears more organised.

The front door was locked with a note on the door to use the Ring door bell. Used the bell as advised - it didn't work. Myself and the family were stood outside this hotel not really having a clue what to do next. Queue a call to the hotel only to get through to a central switchboard. Advised the issue and was finally let in 15-mins later by a clearly harassed and barefoot receptionist who confirmed the doorbell was broken and that her number was supposed to on the door but had been removed. Queue the guilt trip by stating she should have finished 30-mins ago. Fail to see how that was my problem when the advert clearly states check-in is available from 3pm - 11pm?? I was asked to pay the Security deposit even though i showed it had already been deposited from my account along with the room payment so refused to hand over any more money. The balcony had evidently not been cleaned for a while judging by the large amount of cigarette butts. No signs of life anywhere in the hotel, certainly missing a welcoming vibe when you look from the street into the windows of other hotels in the same row. The twin room smelt of damp in the bathroom which was quite off putting but when you are short on options you get on with it.

The location was superb, located right on the front with the sea view as promised. The furniture in the rooms was very well maintained and the lay out of the family room was well thought out.

The shower was really weak. Floor was sticky and a little dirty. Concerned slightly about the security - clearly another guest purchasing drugs next door. Thin walls so could hear shouting etc. from other guests as well.

Close to the attractions, cheap and convenient. Room big enough. Lady who greeted us was really friendly.
