We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

From start to finish all the detail is outstanding . From the little touches in the room to staff making sure the fires were all kept lit through out the night in the lounge and the outside area . Staff were knowledgeable on produce offered on the menus and food was outstanding. Staff could not help us enough to enjoy our stay and we’re so accommodating that it was my partners special 50th birthday, I asked if I was able to post balloons from Glasgow and they had them all blown up and in the room for when we checked in .

Very welcoming staff. Lovely meal in the bar on the first night and then a great meal in the restaurant on the 2nd night. Breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed sitting in the whisky lounge with the log burner relaxing in the afternoon

United KingdomA warm welcome always awaits at the Grandtully. This is our 3rd visit, to celebrate another birthday. We just love everything about this hotel, the tasteful decor, the food, the staff, we arrived in the midst of Storm Babet, and late for our dinner reservation and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. After a 4 hour journey we were ready for a good meal, the food is incredible, the menu is seasonal and all the ingredients locally sourced. With only 8 rooms this place is very special with wonderful friendly staff and personal service.

Where to start with this amazing place! Rooms superb PLUS fresh milk and fresh coffee in rooms. Breakfast was a tasting menu where you get ALL on the menu - was outstanding. Place itself was gorgeous inside and out. Funky rooms with turntable and vinyl too.

The setting, the food, staff. Absolutely perfect! Our room was well appointed with all the necessities. Comfortable bed, super clean room & bathroom, tea/coffee facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Also, a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service. Both dinner & breakfast were super tasty.

The cocktails in the bar were likewise excellent and creative. Room was comfortable too, and staff all very prompt, friendly and on top of their game. Would love to return again.
