From my arrival to the last day l found the staff were extremely helpful,and friendly . .l especially commend the Chef for producing a Dinner on Saturday Evening that was absolutely wonderful ...

From the moment we pulled up and entered the bar to book in we loved it. After a tough walk up Snowdon this was very welcoming. The drive was a 10 mile drive but the views are nice so it make the journey easier. We stayed for one night. When we got there the bar star were amazing. The gentleman behind the bar introduced me to a local drink which was very very nice. Food was amazing. Big portions. The potions were so big I had to take some away with me (Please forgive me for this but it tasted to nice to waste). Definitely would come and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A small point - car park priority for staying hotel patrons would be the only improvement we can suggest. After a long day out, as the pub/restaurant is used by others not staying at the hotel, car park was full each eve (which is testament to the Grapes and the food/drinks offered). We managed to find alternative on street parking close by fortunately, this would be handy but not stop us returning.

Staff were accommodating, friendly, great service and absolutely top. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was fantastic, great choice and tasty. Accommodation & facilities of a high standard. So glad we chose to stay here.

This hotel is a great place to stay, from check-in to check -out it was perfect. The staff are fantastic and work tirelessly, the room was clean and had everything required. The food is fantastic Breakfast before long walks and evening meal after the walks, as good as anywhere I have had in the UK (especially since Covid - everywhere cutting corners - NOT here), and I travel a lot with work so have can be sure of it. The menu has loads on offer - something for everyone and the prices are fantastic. Getting to the Bath taps VERY awkward due to shower screen in the way Window blind to short left a 5in gap letting light in Being fussy , the bathroom shelf and toilet roll holder faulty simple fixes

I stayed here for 2 nights with 2 friends after biking in Coed y Brenin, the hotel has secure storage for bikes, the staff were very friendly, professional and made you feel welcome. We stayed in the 3 bedroom family suite which was great. It included a full kitchen, washer and dryer which we didn't use and a lounge area. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. We had 2 evening meals which were great, the place was busy so you need to book. We had full cooked breakfast both mornings which were very good. We all enjoyed are stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel.
