This was an excellent stay. Louise went over and above to be accommodating. She allowed us to check in early and leave our things at the guest house on our check out day, giving us beach towels to enjoy the sun. I would 100 percent stay again.

I didn’t eat breakfast, but it smelt amazing! Lovely extra touches such as ear plugs and eye mask. Slippers, a dressing gown to go across to bathroom. (I had a single room- without en-suite, but own shower room across the hallway). Car parking permit was so helpful. Sea view was amazing. Louise was so friendly.

Fantastic and very much needed break. The Gresham was exactly what I was looking for. The room was spacious, it had an ensuite, and the bed was comfortable. Louise is a lovely host who made sure I was looked after and was also happy to accommodate a slightly delayed check in and check out! Breakfast choice is great, with hot and cold options, as well as a fab selection of teas, coffees, cereals, yogurts, and pastries. Perfect location, right on the seafront, a 2 mins walk from the station, and less than 5 right into the main centre of Weymouth. Would happily recommend and stay again. Thanks Louise!

Really clean, amazing location, could see the beach. The bedroom was tiny but it's understandable considering the location and the parking was free in the car park near the house.

The parking although covered by the Gresham was a 5 min walk away.

Nothing that spoiled our stay but it is an older building and comes with some of the consequences of age e.g. low water pressure in the shower, slight draft and street noise through the sash windows.

Great location, welcoming host, clean room, fresh decor, comfy bed, beautiful sea views, and tasty cooked to order breakfast.

It's literally located by the main road opposite to Weymouth Beach. The staff was very friendly and kind. I had new flipflops to use, fresh milk in the little fridge in my room!, the rom was warm unlike many other rooms in cold weather in the UK and had beach side view. Couple of Seagulls visited the window in the morning. Will always recommend and rebook if needed. Thank you, L. :)

We really liked the room, everything was very simple but we didn't lack anything accommodation with everything you need very clean and the owners are very friendly and welcoming people We didn't enjoy breakfast but I'm sure it would be excellent If I go back one day I will stay at this same hotel I would recommend THE GRESHAM to anyone visiting Weymouth

The only small thing which is a personal thing was the mattress was to hard, could do with a softer mattress or a topper adding. That’s it very thing else was excellent.

It was clean and very fresh looking, owners were so friendly and welcoming, had a little fridge in the room which was really handy.

Wonderful location in the beach front. Very comfy room and bed with nice toileteries, mini fridge. Room spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast with a view. Louise and her husband were very welcoming and we enjoyed learning about the history of the building.

I visited Weymouth for a Tango Festival. I was looking for a place within walking distance of the Pavilion with a sea view. Gresham guest house was a great choice. I choose a room on the fourth floor with a fantastic view. Louise was welcoming and helpful. I even had an earlier check-in to suit my festival programme. I enjoyed my sleep after Saturday and Sunday dances. I appreciated the clean, safe environment essential for a solo female. I'm sure I will visit again.

Little bit worried about the car, as no parking available at the guest house, but we knew that prior to the visit.

Room and view were exceptional 👌 Louise was very welcoming, always around if needed. The breakfast was lovely and very filling, didn't eat again until the evening.

TBH I don't want to leave. Everything was 100% beautiful and I have been treated really well.

The care and attention from the family to ensure the guest has every possible breakfast choice was there. Dinning area is clean and spacious and I'm looking forward for my bacon and hash brown sandwiches. in the morning.
