The bed was a bit hard but that's down to personal preference.

The stairs 🤣 not that anything can be done about this apart from me being fitter … we were up in the attic and we arrived into the room a little out of breathe

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed , room was a perfect size and layout for me and my two teenage girls . Was so clean and smelt divine

Because of all the positive views I've stated, there really isn't anything negative to comment on.

Louise, the proprietor, was very engaging and accommodating, as nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extra special and delicious! I would definitely recommend the guest house to family/friends alike. My wife and I would consider returning in the not too distant future owing to the owner making our stay so memorable - not forgetting due to the location and having a seaview.

Very friendly owner and staff, location of Gresham House is ideal - straight across from the beach!

The lack of parking (same with all guest houses on the sea front) was a minor problem but we parked at the long-stay car park which is just a short walk away.

The room were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owner was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area and things that are going on around. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were great too. Beach towels and buckets and spades by the door were a nice touch. Oh, and the location is perfect.

So clean, great location. Louise was just lovely! So accommodating and helpful. The rooms had more than you need, even had squash sachets for my son. The booking hasn’t gone through quite right but Louise sorted the room with her daughters help to accommodate my son to be in with us. Would definitely stay again!

The host Louise was absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough for us. The room and communal areas were beautifully decorated and maintained. The Gresham had a very warm and welcoming feeling and instantly felt like home. The small touches like books, games, beach towels and water bottles were very much appreciated and a lovely added bonus.

The service of this hotel is that of a 5 star. I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and can honestly say this guest house is of 5 star quality in terms of quality of breakfast, bedding, shower amenities and staff service is totally outstanding. I am quite a fussy customer but this little gem of a guest house truly exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend if staying in Weymouth as location is also excellent and right on the esplanade.

Whats not to like about this lovely Guest House ! beautifully clean, comfortable rooms with everything you could need for a break in Weymouth. Rooms had good quality toiletries provided, clean soft towels and even a pair of slippers to pop on after your shower ! Breakfast was freshly cooked, plentiful and delicious and the hosts, Steve and Louise were friendly and extremely hospitable. We will definitely return !
