The rooms are so small, no curtains on the windows so daylight coming in pretty early in the mornings. The bathroom was tiny no room to move in it at all.

The staff at the zHadley were so lovely

Prior to the stay, I was sent an email welcoming us. Within that email it stated I could extend my check out time on arrival. However this wasn’t the case as I wasn’t able to. False promise from the off.

The bar facility was fantastic, great vibes, decent location close to central London. Breakfast was also very nice.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Don't think the extractor worked and window wasn't openable.. Also shower doors broken.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great choice of breakfast. 15 minute walk to High Barnet tube station. Nice bar in hotel.

bathroom/shower could be renowed, quiet old/used, some hole in the walls... room at the upper floor, no elevator and very narrow stariway

Mattresses were low quality. Spent most of the night struggling to stay in a comfortable position but really, I just rolled toward the edge. Seats in bar area were covered in food debris when we sat down for breakfast.

Nice staff who explained the necessaries clearly. Comfortable room, option of a bar on site was welcome and decent price on alcohol. Breakfast was delicious.

No mattress protector on the bed and no pillow protectors. Lots of hairs found on the bed unfortunately.

Been nicely done up with a good size room and nice bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel a nice touch and good value.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. En suite facility was good and toiletries provided were a nice addition. Location of the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast provided was really good.

I would have loved better quality pillows as the ones there were too high & also lumpy. Also a lift to the top floor would have been ideal

The breakfast was excellent and good value for money. The staff were friendly & very attentive. We were able to drop off our cases earlier than we checked in without any hassle. We were delighted to get a triple room with a sparkling clean en-suite bathroom.

Peaceful clean and tidy. The concierge stayed up till 1am to let us in as we were travelling a fair distance.

Not a complaint more a comment but I was staying with my 10 year old daughter and the speaker on the landing on the top floor remained on until quite late, which wasnt really necessary to play music to people in their rooms on the top floor. I did mention it on my way out and they apologised and made note.

Karen’s Diner fine as we didn’t eat there but leads to a rather rude clientele in the bar. Young staff shouldn’t have to deal with this. Stairs are very steep and rooms not accessible to guests with physical impairments. Also left property in room (my husband’s jacket)couldn’t get through to ask for it to be returned. Sent message via booking and no response. Very disappointing

No lifts in the property and had to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the room
