Thin walls so can hear the next room talking and laughing, parking very tight

Could have been cleaner, room was dusty, bathroom had mould in the shower area and our bed had a black counter pane which I removed that had some marks on it. All that being said, I would still return.

Overall it was a bed for the night, location for us was suitable and the staff we met were nice.

We had an appointment so had to leave by 8.30am. Unfortunately there were no staff on the premises that we could see so was u sure where to leave the key. Rang the emergency number and left a message.

Very friendly staff very helpful when they had a power cut in the evening. Unfortunately not able to have a meal which was out of there control

Nothing troubled us with the Inn.

Breakfast was not included although it was offered but at a latter time in the morning which was not convenient for us as we wanted two full days visiting Cambridge. Therefore, we took breakfast in Cambridge, 'on the go'. The Inn was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend the High Flyer.

Room was tidy but a bit more time could be spent on cleaning ,lot of dust on skirting boards etc. No hand soap in bathroom. Bed side bulbs blown.But saying this would stay again .

Close to town plenty parking near by which is free. .Food was good in bar and restaurant.

Wi-Fi kept cutting out in my room & the breakfast is served 10am to 12pm which isn't good for working people.

Property was superb as well as the staff. Restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent.

No heating in en suite, Shower cubicle had no tray/shelf to put shampoo etc on. Curtains in bedroom could be longer and thicker to stop street lighting , ,lighting up the room all night. Also mentioned in description of room it stated wine / champagne for guests..? This we never got and manager knew nothing about it.

Manager gave us a great welcome. The room was modern, well maintained and clean, so very happy. Evening meal was good with an extensive menu. Loved the breakfast. If I'm staying or visiting Ely, I would return. Thought the decor in the restaurant, bar and tea room all very cool. Well done the High Flyer you are doing a great job. Thanks.

we dined in the restaurant in the evening , we were sitting opposite the kitchen hatch , i watched the chef making my chicken burger after putting the mayo on , he licked the spoon , then put the guacamole on , he licked that spoon , really hope it was two separate spoons. he then put the fries in the container and started to eat a few of them . i wanted to say something at the time but we were staying there . For this reason i marked down on the High Flyer. shame cause i would have put 10/10 if it wasnt for the hungry chef ! the next morning we went and had breakfast in Ely just incase same chef was on .

the stay itself at the high flyer was good , fab location, the place is lovely , great room , lovely decor, comfy bed, couldnt fault the property . the front staff were warm and welcoming .

The location was brilliant as it was only a few minutes walk away from the town centre.The staff were friendly & welcoming & the room was lovely.
