We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The owner's of this Hotel are extremely charming making you feel most welcomed on arrival. Lovely on-suite room provided and with out a doubt the best Breakfast I've had in years. The hotel is conveniently located near the seafront close to local Tran and Bus services. This is now my first choice of hotel in Blackpool. A big thank you too the owner's at Highfield, best wishes 😁

Well located, a short distance away from the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. A shame there was no food & drink in the evening. Parking was first come-first served on each nearby street, but found a space two streets away, so quite pleased, Breakfast was tremendous, and very tasty. Really enjoyed the stay, especially as it was quiet at night.

United Kingdomalthough a little dated, the rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. the owners were super friendly, polite and extremely helpful. the breakfast was lovely and nothing was a problem for them to do for you. so easy having the tram top a mear 30 second from the hotel and right next to the beach also. this is our second time coming here. the first time was 9 years ago. and we had the best experience we did 9 years ago this time too. wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The location was a bit further away from the main attractions than I thought but there was plenty of public transport. The breakfast was lovely and made to order. Also a good variety of food and drinks. Good WiFi signal. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean towels/ tea and coffee replenished daily.

The staff make this hotel!! they’re exceptional! couldn’t do enough for me and my family. Helped with bags when we arrived and when we left. Kept my sons insulin in the fridge for me all weekend and the breakfast was brilliant. No grease to be seen! Thankyou so much. We’ll definitely be back.

The family room was a lovely size, had everything we needed and the bathroom was brand new. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly. The B&B is right next to a tram stop. The breakfast was superb, freshly cooked to order. We managed to find an on street parking spot nearby. I would definitely stay again.
