The quality of the accommodation at the Horngarth is exceptional. Emma and Antony have really given a lot of thought to the extra touches that make a guest's stay memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Good size room with views to the Abbey. Emma was great with helpful advice - the owners clean the rooms and correct any wear and tear and it showed with spotless rooms and decoration. 2 day parking voucher provided but take care to follow Emma’s instructions. The place is room only but a goody bag of snacks, coffee and tea is in the room and Emma provides complimentary real coffee from her shop next door during opening hours. Great location just back from the harbour and under 10 minutes stroll to West Cliff. Many local restaurants and pubs and cafes for meals. Would definitely stay at the Horngarth again

A beautiful spacious room with a sea view. A nice seating area with big screen TV. The little things that were in the room for us including some drinks, crisps, popcorn dressing gowns etc really made the difference. Will 100% stay again the next time we visit whitby.

From the initial booking all the way through to leaving the communication from Emma was exceptional. The accommodation was excellent! Very clean, well laid out with lots of thoughtful extras (fresh orange juice in the fridge was a lovely addition). Without a doubt we will be back and wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. Had a superb 3 night stay here in September. Horngarth is located in our preferred part of Whitby, our room & bathroom were spotlessly clean & the bed was comfy. Parking was no problem with the permit provided. Our hosts were friendly, considerate & generous with yummy treats. Perfect for us.

Our second visit here absolutely fantastic place. The owners are really nice and helpful. Room was absolutely immaculate and nice and modern All the little extra touches are great little snacks and drinks left in the room. Location is perfect aswell loads of little bars cafes and resteraunts all within walking distance.
