It's a bit soulless. No one about. All remote with keys accessed via a key box at the door. Rooms are Spartan with IKEA furniture, and there is traffic noise. Beds very spongy. Water in shower difficult to set temperature.

Friendly proprietor sorted out taxi into Diss and booked a table for our dinner. Breakfast was available from adjacent wagon.

There was no hairdryer in the room. It’s quite dark coming down the steps and you walk into a side road so I’d advise to have your torch on your phone ready.

There is nothing positive to say above this hotel, after two nights we checked out we were due to stay for ten nights for work commitments but due to the lack of service and the neighbours dog barking at all hours, and then the dog owner shouting abuse when he was asked to stop the dog barking, we had to leave.

This is should not be called a hotel. It does not have the normal services that you would expect from a hotel, from servicing of the rooms to provide clean towels daily.

There was nothing that we did not like.

The location was excellent as we were very close to the Church & the Hall for the Wedding we were attending. The Breakfasts were excellent, very nicely cooked to order. The couple running this B & B were very welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay!

A opening window in the bedroom to help ventilation or a fixed fan. But that's just me trying to be constructive not a dislike.

The owners were brilliant, helping me with a printer and use of their pc. The price was great, the room was great. And the breakfast was top draw. Don't look at the old reviews, there has been a lot of renovations and the difference from what It was now its under new management has been done well.

Brilliant value for money, fairly basic but perfectly good 👍 Although I didn't book breakfast, I did eat there one morning and it was really good. Location is close to a main road but good for access to East Anglia. Staff were friendly and helpful, a family run business.

I have no complaints in relation to my stay.

Having chosen this property due to its availability & relative (considering what was available at the time) closeness to Snetterton race track. The new owners are fantastic, having taken over recently they're really putting their all into making OYO The Billingford Horseshoes a success. The revamped bedrooms are exceptionally spacious & well furnished. There is sufficient off road parking. The property is more a 3.5 - 4 star property rather than the 3 star so in my opinion you're getting better than expected

Only additional feature we would have liked was bigger mirror in bed room.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, friendly and efficient. Quiet room. Responsive to requests. Helpful for sightseeing. Limited but very good menu. Limited but good bottles only bar. Good cafe. Family friendly. Excellent value for money.
