Things that could have made our stay better are: Instructions on how to use the TV More sheet/blanket options. A single duvet is often too warm A towel rack in the bathroom A toilet brush

Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable. It's a good locations for exploring many area attractions and close to Edinburgh Airport.

With a sea view room, when other guests were smoking on their balcony's the horrible smell unfortunately drifts over to every other balcony and into rooms when windows/doors open.

Staff friendly and rooms clean. Food good value.

    Nothing.

Charlestown is a lovely place, with a lot of history. A visit to the limekilns is a must while staying there, and a walk along the harbour. The three bridges are visible in the distance. In the hotel the breakfast was outstanding.

Difficulty with heating on first night but was sorted very quickly. Outside could have done with a little tidy-up (dead plants in flower pots)

Meet by lovely staff on check-in. Good size bedroom. Good selection of food on the menu.

Room was cold. Other family members had heaters in their rooms but ours didn't- I don't know why the heating wasn't working - radiator was set at high. Paid extra to Booking.com to upgrade room with a view but others had similar views at a lesser cost.

Lovely accomodation. Room was clean but compact - balcony with beautiful view. Bed was comfy- shower a bit slippy! Breakfast was lovely- plenty of choice. Staff were all very welcoming and pleasant.
