Lovely village setting with pub nearby. Room was comfortable and well equipped with parking close by. Lovely breakfast delivered the next morning. Comfortable bed and very clean.

The outlook from the room itself isn't the greatest. It was a little pricey, but I think that's a given for this lovely part of south devon

The only tiniest gripe is that the single beds could be a touch wider!

Cute location, but a little bit out the way. Breakfast was amazing. Hot tub was a treat. The owners were so accommodating! :)

What a fantastic place to stay! The room was spotless, the bed amazing and a wonderful breakfast too! We were made to feel very welcome on arrival with the room warm and lights on. Our car parking spaces had been reserved in advance. It really was an lovely weekend location.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, for such a price I thought it would be worse, but this hotel and the room I got were wonderful, my partner and I felt like in heaven, beautifully made, cosmetics and bathrobes in the bathroom - wow, what's more, it was the first time I experienced breakfast they bring it to the room, it was great, warm rolls, fresh juice was great, the only thing I would change is the entrance to this hotel because we went several times and we skipped it because the entrance was very narrow and the name of the hotel was not well lit, but for me the stay was 100 stars, as Whenever we are in the area, we will definitely buy a room like this again

Nothing, everything was as we would have hoped it would be

Lovely, comfortable dog friendly room in a beautiful village less than 30 mins outside of Plymouth City Centre. Some great beaches within a few minutes drive from the property, especially Mothecombe where our two dogs had a fabulous time running around. Our room had everything we needed and the hosts were on hand if we needed anything. Breakfast was delivered as ordered and was really fresh and delicious. Parking on site was a bonus, as was the pub next door where we enjoyed an evening meal.

There wasn't anything to complain about.

The continental breakfast included croissants, pain au chocolat, a raisin bun and cereals, as well as coffee, tea, milk and orange juice, all delivered to the room. The beds were comfortable, check in via key code, so quite easy.

Roads to the village are narrow; one is very narrow. It pays to follow directions given by the property owners rather than your satnav.

Very intelligent conversion of a lovely barn in an interesting village. Almost everywhere I stay there is some aspect of the property which is irritating, and you think “Oh, why didn’t they just . .” Not here. Everything you need has been thought out and provided. Wifi is easy and excellent. Quality and cleanliness excellent. Ample free parking. Friendly village pub opposite. Lovely area.
