The only thing I would have done different is ask for a regular room (non wheelchair/ handicap) as the shower made a mess. The water kept flooding the room since the shower head is right next to the door and has no guard to keep the water in. Also the sink was very low to the ground and was very uncomfortable to use.

I really liked the location and the staff. Everyone was nice the rooms where clean and the location was great it was easy to walk everywhere. I will book here again if we come back to london.

Found previous persons clothes in our room and a used razor in the bathroom. Other than each room being nice, it’s fairly small and difficult to move around in. Very kindly, the staff acknowledged our request to move rooms and moved us to a higher floor/into a room with more space. I don’t think the price is fair for this room but in terms of the location of it i would agree.

Really nice tidy hotel, staff were amazing and so polite, always happy to accommodate us.

Great location (15-20 min walk from Paddington station / to Oxford street), really nice and serviceminded staff, clean and modern rooms. English breakfast that also included fresh fruit, youhurt, pastries and good coffee.

The breakfast was poor. Not very hot food. looked like the waiter had slept in his shirt. Asked for more sausages as ran out. Took 10 mins to come through.

Getting the tv to work was a challenge; had to call for assistance; very complicated. The tech guy even had a problem getting it working.

Location was good; great local pub and fish and chip restaurant close by. Breakfast at hotel was good; rooms are very small but met our needs.

The extremely heavy fire door to the bathroom; a door stop would have made it less annoying; but presuming nothing they can do about that

This hotel is not children friendly, for family with children better go to another hotel, no baby chair exists in the restaurant

The room we had 802 really was tight so for two people not ideal. The breakfast area gets very busy and tables could be rearranged so that they are all twos for more flexibility

Requested a travel cot before hand which wasn’t assembled in our room when we got there, no gluten free options for breakfast so had to go elsewhere for food.

Overall decent one night stay. Room was very small, but high tech and comfortable. We had coffee, tea, fruit, all the bathroom amenities you'd need. The breakfast area is very small for how many rooms there are though so I'd imagine it gets really busy at peak times.

There was no bar or restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t check when we booked to be fair but I would of imagined most hotels have those facilities

Didnt have no breakfast at the property purely as we wanted to have it elsewhere and sightsee. Clean big comfy room also staff very friendly and went out of there way to surprise my mother in law as it was her birthday so they decorated her room and it was just an added lovely treat for her.

Location was great, short walk to two main rail and underground stations. Hotel modern and spotless. Good value for money in central London. Staff very friendly and helpful.
